Never received my product Never received my product. Ordered on the 10th of December as a Christmas present for my boyfriend. Never received a digital image to confirm that that was what I wanted. Never received the physical portrait that I ordered. I have emailed twice to two different emails that I’ve received no response to. Terrible service, so much for their “excellent 24/7 customer service.” Have just set up a dispute with PayPal…

Would not recommend Would not recommend! Emails are not being delivered and only received a reply after commenting on an Instagram post. Got an email stating there had been a software bug that wouldn’t allow them to open my images. Hadn’t heard anything from them prior to this to ask for the images resending. Don’t waste your money.

SCAM SCAM SCAM ordered almost a month ago and haven’t received any info at all as to where my digital version is. it is advertised the artwork to be completed and sent to you within a few days which seems odd, taking awhile to make art is reasonable but false advertising isn’t. no response whatsoever to the emails i’ve sent asking how long the wait time will be and the number to ring is disconnected. don’t trust good reviews, they’re very likely to be fake!

No draft graphic provided/no reply I received the poster without ever seeing a draft as promised. I tried to contact the provided email a couple of times since 20th of Dec 2021 and have yet to receive a reply. And the number provided is not connected when I tried to call. The graphic was not what I wanted, some critical details were incorrect and could’ve been fixed with simple communication. I am disappointed that I have now spent money on a gift that isn’t able to be on display.

Absolutely HORRIBLE ! Absolutely HORRIBLE !! I placed my order on November 24th, if is now December 15th and Ive not received an email with my picture. Ive emailed the store 5 times now asking about my order and explaining to them its meant to be a christmas gift with no response from everyone. Absolutely disgusted with this store will not be back - still waiting on a reply from any of the emails I have sent.
