SCAM ALERT I noted the reviews stating this website was a scam and hoped they were somehow incorrect because I really wanted this as a gift for a friend for Christmas. Sadly they were correct. Payment was taken from my account and I received a fake ‘we have received your order’ email. Nothing ever since and it’s been about two months with no answer to my phone call or response to my now four emails. Incredibly disappointing. Hope the creators of this junk receive their well deserved serving of karma.

SCAM DO NOT ORDER!!! SCAM DO NOT ORDER!!! I ordered on 12th Jan, was supposed to receive the digital portrait in 4-8 days, it’s been 8 weeks and I have not received the order or a refund. Have sent numerous emails, they only responded to one about 6 weeks ago, they kept changing their contact email address. Website now doesn’t exist!!! From what comes up on google, it looks like they have changed their name to happytooned with a new email address/website/Instagram. Have just requested a refund through PayPal and got it straight away thankfully. Wish I’d have looked at reviews first and saved the hassle!

SCAM SCAM SCAM ordered almost a month ago and haven’t received any info at all as to where my digital version is. it is advertised the artwork to be completed and sent to you within a few days which seems odd, taking awhile to make art is reasonable but false advertising isn’t. no response whatsoever to the emails i’ve sent asking how long the wait time will be and the number to ring is disconnected. don’t trust good reviews, they’re very likely to be fake!

Do not order I did not receive my order so I emailed, first few times I did not get any answers, then they told me if it did not arrive within two days they would give me a refund. After three days I emailed them, they sent me the digital copy and then I emailed them about the refund and never got an answer back.

Terrible, ignored me Ordered as a birthday present for the 26th of December. Only got a confirmation, it had been a few weeks so I emailed, no replies, had to message them though Instagram which is unprofessional. Said I’d receive it within 48hours, been another week and still haven’t received. Messaged them and they left me on seen.... terrible customer service. Probably a scam
