Amazing outcome!! This is a brilliant company who did my boyfriend a picture for his birthday on 25th Jan, unfortunately it did take a while but people need to remember its a small company with a large amount of orders in a short space of time. The outcome of the picture is amazing and their emailing and customer service is amazing so ignore the bad reviews! X

Never received my product Never received my product. Ordered on the 10th of December as a Christmas present for my boyfriend. Never received a digital image to confirm that that was what I wanted. Never received the physical portrait that I ordered. I have emailed twice to two different emails that I’ve received no response to. Terrible service, so much for their “excellent 24/7 customer service.” Have just set up a dispute with PayPal…

Had to chase it up, but worth the wait Took a bit longer than the 2-5 day suggested turnaround, I received my order about a week and a bit after I placed it. Emailed to see what was going on and I received my order within a day of emailing. It was exactly what I asked for, down to the specific clothing requests. It looks awesome and has made for a terrific gift. If you need to email, use the igottooned gmail account on here rather than the email address provided.

Terrible, ignored me Ordered as a birthday present for the 26th of December. Only got a confirmation, it had been a few weeks so I emailed, no replies, had to message them though Instagram which is unprofessional. Said I’d receive it within 48hours, been another week and still haven’t received. Messaged them and they left me on seen.... terrible customer service. Probably a scam

10/10 good jobs tooned okay yeah! These guys are legit. Placed my order, sarah from customer service contacted me, gave me revisions no problem, got my digital copy in like 2 days. Exactly what I wanted
