Cookie Gift Baskets My family received a cookie gift basket from my father for Christmas. The cookies were impersonally wrapped with uniform packaging with the word ACORN on it. We tried a few of the cookies. The chocolate/chocolate chip cookie had a strange after taste and the raspberry cake smelled strongly and was virtually tasteless. Despite their 100% satisfaction guarantee, the customer service manager I spoke with could only credit my dad's account 20% of the purchase price of $60 or $12. My father purchased 10 of these baskets for family members this year for Christmas but he will no longer be a customer of Wine Country next year.

I have to say reading multiple bad… I have to say reading multiple bad comments AFTER ordering, made me nervous and skeptical. Baskets were the same as the photo, delivery was on time. And I ordered at the busiest time of the year. Shipped on 28th, delivered on 29th. Quite satisfied with their service!

( I don't have the heart to tell him so i'm going to send him one to show him). Firstly, don't be fooled by the photos. All of their baskets are filled to the top with cardboard first, so if your getting a huge basket like I did Christmas time, it looks like there is a lot of stuff in it, but there isn't, it is filled with tiny packages of crap that are not worth the money spent. You can get much more value elsewhere. Not here.

Spammers Unethical business practices. They continuously send unsolicited ads via email. Sending to a spam trap email which there is no way they could have obtained unless harvesting email off the internet. Absolute joke of a business. Stay far away!

My sentiments replicate some of the… My sentiments replicate some of the reviews on here. Mediocre wine, chocolates are great but the individual cookies and other items are not something I would ever buy individually. I think the company needs to do a better job at selecting what vendors products they use in their baskets. I have received very large and expensive baskets from colleagues but throw most of the stuff away. I wish people would stop sending me these 😞 I hate to waste.
