Liars! Sent me wrong color dresses and didn't give refund!!! They sent me the wrong color of dresses then didn't refund my money! Tried to tell me they couldn't reuse these brand new dresses! Now I'm stuck with them and had to buy 4 cheap casual dresses for my daughters wedding. Do not trust them! They're liars!

They are liars, and customer service will ignore you. If they say that they have refunded your money, don't believe them. They are lying. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!! Or EVER suggest them to anyone else. I will always tell other people to NEVER order from Celeb16. Marie PS: I don't even have a dress to write the review about. TERRIBLE QUALITY AND EVEN WORSE SERVICE I wish I had never heard of this company. The website looks reputable and the dresses appear to be really cute but the actual quality is horrendous and it was nearly impossible to get in touch with someone. I tried email, calling and IMing to no avail but finally made contact through their Facebook page. Then they tried to say the delay of THEIR RESPONSE put me outside the limited time (3 days) for returns or exchanges. They required me to take pictures of how the seams stuck out on the dress and then said their tailor said that it was still wearable so no return. For a 20 or 50 dollar fee I could exchange it but by this point I was ready to just cut my losses. The person I dealt with clearly did not speak English as a first language and I'm not sure if that was part of the problem but I will never buy from this company again and I will tell as many people as possible how terrible they were.

VERY DISAPOINTED VERY MISLEADING WEBSITE. LONG WAIT PERIOD FOR DRESS. NO ONE TO SPEAK TO FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BAD ENGLISH AND MISUNDERSTANDING RESPONSES. AND FINALLY WHEN WE RECEIVED THE DRESS IT WAS SO SHORT THAT MY DAUGHTERS BACKSIDE HANGS OUT OF THE DRESS. HOW CAN SHE GO TO A SCHOOL FUNCTION LIKE THAT? ANSWER IS SHE CAN'T. THEY WILL NOT REFUND THE DRESS EVEN THOUGH THEY STATE IN THEIR POLICY THAT A DEFECT WILL BE REFUNDED FULLY. CLEARLY A DRESS THAT HAS BEEN CUT TOO SHORT IS A DEFECT ON THEIR PART. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY.....GET THEM OFF THE WEB SO THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE. MY DAUGHTER IS DEVASTATED AND THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
