Liars! Sent me wrong color dresses and didn't give refund!!! They sent me the wrong color of dresses then didn't refund my money! Tried to tell me they couldn't reuse these brand new dresses! Now I'm stuck with them and had to buy 4 cheap casual dresses for my daughters wedding. Do not trust them! They're liars!

Company is a JOKE! So I was looking to buy my bridesmaid dresses off this site. I went to purchase one of the dresses so I could make sure it is what I wanted. After entering my address it redirects you to another page to pay with a visa card and there was no info to put in the card information. I emailed the company and they said their system was down and to try again. I tried again and was able to put in my card info but the transaction never completed, I emailed them 4 times and tried calling them but their phone number is a fax machine. They finally emailed back and it was all in broken english and they did not seem to care how upset I was. When a deal seems too good to be true it is! STAY AWAY!. I posted on their facebook page and they removed all of my comments as well as made it so others were not able to comment on their page, apparently the truth hurts and they are trying to cover it up.

Worst customer service!!!! I ordered a bridesmaid dress from this company, along with 5 other girls, 6 weeks before the wedding. Their website stated it could take a maximum of 4 weeks. We even paid the extra $40 expedited shipping to get it within 2 weeks. I contacted customer service 2 separate times to see if product has been shipped. They finally emailed me back 8 days before wedding saying it had been shipped. Day of wedding only one girl had received her dress. I finally got my dress 10 days AFTER wedding. They had lied and really shipped 8 days after they said they had (according to fedex). On top of that they sent me the WRONG STYLE, the WRONG COLOR, and the WRONG SIZE of dress. Not a single detail of my order was correct. And it's been 2 weeks since I got the dress and they have completely ignored my emails!!!! Worst company I have ever dealt with.
