Worst customer service!!!! I ordered a bridesmaid dress from this company, along with 5 other girls, 6 weeks before the wedding. Their website stated it could take a maximum of 4 weeks. We even paid the extra $40 expedited shipping to get it within 2 weeks. I contacted customer service 2 separate times to see if product has been shipped. They finally emailed me back 8 days before wedding saying it had been shipped. Day of wedding only one girl had received her dress. I finally got my dress 10 days AFTER wedding. They had lied and really shipped 8 days after they said they had (according to fedex). On top of that they sent me the WRONG STYLE, the WRONG COLOR, and the WRONG SIZE of dress. Not a single detail of my order was correct. And it's been 2 weeks since I got the dress and they have completely ignored my emails!!!! Worst company I have ever dealt with.

VERY DISAPOINTED VERY MISLEADING WEBSITE. LONG WAIT PERIOD FOR DRESS. NO ONE TO SPEAK TO FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BAD ENGLISH AND MISUNDERSTANDING RESPONSES. AND FINALLY WHEN WE RECEIVED THE DRESS IT WAS SO SHORT THAT MY DAUGHTERS BACKSIDE HANGS OUT OF THE DRESS. HOW CAN SHE GO TO A SCHOOL FUNCTION LIKE THAT? ANSWER IS SHE CAN'T. THEY WILL NOT REFUND THE DRESS EVEN THOUGH THEY STATE IN THEIR POLICY THAT A DEFECT WILL BE REFUNDED FULLY. CLEARLY A DRESS THAT HAS BEEN CUT TOO SHORT IS A DEFECT ON THEIR PART. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY.....GET THEM OFF THE WEB SO THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE. MY DAUGHTER IS DEVASTATED AND THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not buy "Please listen and do not buy from them! My dress was horrible. Poor condition, different lengths.. Then they told me that the dress was perfect and they do not accept refunds. Please do me a favor and buy somewhere else. This company is horrible. Bad customer service and bad dresses. You dress will look poor quality and feel of poor quality. And they don't care. I can't wear the dress because people will ask me if I shrunk the outside and and the right side. The hem of the lining hangs down at least an inch from the outside layer and one side is longer than the other. They did nothing. They said they make their dresses of best quality and that I am lying. Do not buy from them!

Terrible I think this company is running a scam. I ordered a bridesmaid dress. I paid to have it express shipped so that I would have enough time to have alterations done. I compared their size charts to David's Bridal and ordered the appropriate size. The dress came and it is awful. It cannot be worn. When I complained, they said it was my fault because of my proportions. I followed their sizing guide. They messed it up. They gave me the option to pay for shipping again and extra to add fabric. However, I should not have to have fabric added if I followed the sizing guide. The problem is that there is not any room from the bust to the shoulder: I measured - it is 4 inches too short. No woman's bust has the fullest part of the bust parallel to their arm pits. But that is the dress that I got. Additionally, they can't guarantee its delivery before the wedding, even with express shipping. And I wouldn't want another dress from them. The first one was so bad. And I'm not the only one in the wedding party to have problems: 2 had to buy new dresses and 3 are having major alterations done. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they blame the customer. This is a terrible company. I will never waste any more money on them and I hope others stop buying from them as well.

Bad quality and bad service Really poor quality garment with faults in stitching and seams. Even worse service on top. Had to resolve issue through paypal disputes, never reply to emails that are problems....
