GBFake leads, just like all if not most of these comments Fake leads just like everyone else who doesn’t pay top dollar. I will be contacting the federal trade commission for false advertising. I truly wish I did my research before I signed up for a year contract. & the fact that they can “accommodate to what you can afford monthly” but send fake leads is crazy to me.

GBDO NOT SIGN UP WITH THE KNOT The Knot and Wedding Wire are horrible. They lure you in with insinuations of all the leads you'll get, how much traffic they get, etc. But it's all lies and false promises, and they'll never outwardly promise anything, they're very careful with their wording, but it is heavily implied that you will get leads. The leads are all fake, people never respond, never book you. They 100% take advantage of small businesses and trap them in contracts.

GBABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE- VENDORS BEWARE!!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE- VENDORS BEWARE!!!! Don't do it. Seriously, spend the incredibly overpriced marketing fee's on a googlead campaign or some other form of marketing. All you will get is fake spam bots that inquire and when you reply (because you have to or else your score goes down) they NEVER respond. Obviously... because they're fake. The weddingwire/ the knot should be ASHAMED of themselves. Locking people into a year contract and providing false numbers, fake leads and the promise of return on investment is just gut wrenching. Seriously stay away from them.

GBIf you are a vendor, beware! Do not advertise with the wedding wire or the knot They are a scam! Crooked business practices, sales people who lie through their teeth and promises that never come to fruition. If you are a vendor do not advertise with them.!!!!!!!!!! We canceled our account with plenty time told them not to charge our credit card that we are canceling our account. They charged our card anyways and they have yet to give us our credit back..We own The Lodge at Bridal Creek.

GBAnother Trap in a Lucrative Industry I have been a WW vendor for over a decade with two different businesses in the wedding industry. Initially, when it was owned and run by Sonny Ganguly, customer service was wonderful and I gladly paid the 600 euro yearly fee for a premium page. Then Sonny moved on and the Knot took over. Vendor services now is non-existent, it is very hard to get answers to disputes and problems we face, but what is worse is that once you sign up, you no longer have control over your own business image unless you close the business and send them proof. You cannot eliminate YOUR OWN PAGE from their platform. I know, I know, we need to read the fine print. Kind of like Facebook and Instagram I guess .... I thought WW wrould be better ... As of today (at least for my business) I am getting spammed and scammed as fake vendors are setting up pages and tagging us in 'real' weddings. I wish I could get out of this horrible trap, but at least I can warn others here at Trust Pilot.
