DKCheck the sizes and return policy before you buy shoes and clothes at lightbox.com - you can´t return it! I want to warn others against buying stuff from Lightinthebox. They have the worst return system of all online shops in Denmark -or rather none at all! The package arrived from Lithuania and I paid 20 Dkk for delivery. In order to return the purchase I have to send it to China and pay at least hundred DKK for the return post fee. I have to fill in the custom labels myself and may only use the postal services of Postnord. The sandals that I have bought are made of plastic that is useless on skin, they have a strong smell of organic solvent and the sole is stiff -bad quality in general and also, there was no clear warning about the sizes being 2 numbers smaller than in Europe and about the cost of return exceeding the cost of the sandals. So all together rather buy shoes and clothes in european companies that deliver good quality and guarantee free or cheap and easy return of goods. I add starn no. 2 because the company, after a leghty correspondence and a weak review on this platform, agreed to refund the amount of money corresponding to the price ex. delivery minus an additional amount equal to the cost of delivery that I have paid originally, which think is a fair way of solving the discourse.

GBReally rubbish Quality I received the three items I ordered - all 3 were way too small, horrid fabric, colours nothing like the photographs. To get a refund you have to return to CHINA!!! Nowhere on the web site does it tell you its a Chinese outfit, the cost of postage is horrendous!! Their response says sizing is all my fault, but I've returned the package, let's see if I ever get a refund, but advice is don't buy from them!!

GBThe worst customer service ever The worst customer service ever. If you can even find a way to contact them, best of luck. There are no phone numbers nor email addresses avail on their website. The only way they seem to respond (albeit not timely) is via FB messenger. They've finally agreed to reimburse me for the return shipping as promised in an email but so far, I have yet to see that. I did finally get my refund for the returned product itself but they charged a "service fee" which is NOT what they agreed to nor what PayPal agreed to so will be disputing that as well.

GBDon't deal with this company Had a very negative experience. Ordered 4 items on 30.12.20. Order was confirmed, money taken immediately. Told 3 to 7 working days for delivery. Then no contact. Really difficult to locate an email address. No response, or update, once I contacted. There was apparently a 'ticket' system for response from the company, which was 'closed' before receiving a response. When I threatened with UK consumer standards authority, and negative feedback via Trustpilot, they suddenly replied. A day later one of my confirmed items was 'out of stock'. Money for that was returned. Was asked whether I wanted to keep the remainder of the order. Was offered £ 24 as compensation. I agreed. Following day they offered £14 compensation or full refund. Opted for full refund, which, in fairness, was dealt with. After my experience with their constant changes to the order date, and lack of initial response and information, I must admit, that I was pleasantly surprised. However I'm never going to go near them again. And, having reviewed feedback on Trustpilot, which I wished I'd done in the first place, I would strongly recommend to save yourself a lot of stress and keep away !
