Pathetic service ..Never order…Ransom collection Pathetic service ..Don't order from this website guy. They would offer premium shipping at extra charge but would never deliver on time. Orders on 18th July and was promised 28th July as delivery. It was then extended to 15th august and then 25th august. Now on 25th august, they are asking to wait to 6 months!!! Not willing to refund money as they want the package acknowledge for refund, so another 6 months.

The worst customer service ever The worst customer service ever. If you can even find a way to contact them, best of luck. There are no phone numbers nor email addresses avail on their website. The only way they seem to respond (albeit not timely) is via FB messenger. They've finally agreed to reimburse me for the return shipping as promised in an email but so far, I have yet to see that. I did finally get my refund for the returned product itself but they charged a "service fee" which is NOT what they agreed to nor what PayPal agreed to so will be disputing that as well.

Money for Nothing Will not order again. Despite straplines of easy returns, products can only returned to an address in China. Most expensive item of my order was poor quality, not as described (ie material) and wrongly sized. Once the company agrees to potential return it offers a 20% refund because of cost of return postage. Alternative is 30%'reward'!

I appreciate the follow up and the service, this is a client oriented site I have had a very positive experience with this site, as i received all the help from them during all the shopping process. They offer very good products at a very reasonable prices, more their customer service helped me during all the shopping process. I'm a satysfied buyer!
