Really rubbish Quality I received the three items I ordered - all 3 were way too small, horrid fabric, colours nothing like the photographs. To get a refund you have to return to CHINA!!! Nowhere on the web site does it tell you its a Chinese outfit, the cost of postage is horrendous!! Their response says sizing is all my fault, but I've returned the package, let's see if I ever get a refund, but advice is don't buy from them!!

Pathetic service ..Never order…Ransom collection Pathetic service ..Don't order from this website guy. They would offer premium shipping at extra charge but would never deliver on time. Orders on 18th July and was promised 28th July as delivery. It was then extended to 15th august and then 25th august. Now on 25th august, they are asking to wait to 6 months!!! Not willing to refund money as they want the package acknowledge for refund, so another 6 months.

Can buy but not recommended.. First time I used this site the delivery company had a problem with my address and they helped me to resolve it but it took very long time.. Their CS seems to be responsive and helpful, The second time one of the items was not matching my order and the solution eventually that they have suggested after negotiation was a refund of 30% I will not buy from them again..

Uncaring and Unconcerned I bought some clothing from this company, after two weeks I enquired where my items were I received a 'no reply' email. After several more tries I eventually got an answer saying my items were on its way, after about a week I enquired again with the same reply, items on its way. By now it was 8 weeks from my original enquiry. I then asked for a refund but was again told my items were on its way but held up at a sorting house. On my final enquiry they said my item had arrived and I should check with neighbours. I still have not received my order so had to take things further to try and get a refund. This was now 3 Months from my first enquiry, not once did they apologise or take any responsibility. Based on my experience I do not recommend anyone to use this company.
