AUThe yoga bag I purchased on the 28th of… The yoga bag I purchased on the 28th of July never arrived from gaiam.innovations.com.au. No confirmation email. Have contacted their facebook, sales email, and info email. No reply back. If this is not a scam I don't what this is. They took my money - but never send anything to me/ or even any email/ follow up. I will raise a consumer complaint. Shame on you!

GBAmazing service I found the Gaiam page randomly as I was searching for a Yoga Ball Chair, it was rated very high. It worked flawlessly for almost a whole year and then a piece broke on the base. I still had the email from the initial purchase so I replied to it with my issue not expecting anything. Brittany got back to me so quickly and asked for a picture of the defect. I sent the picture and the next day she had placed an order for the parts I needed to. These days it is impossible to get good service so I felt compelled to leave this review. I am 100% satisfied with this company's products and service, thank you!

GBNo refunds or exchanges There is no mention of this note at the time of check out. (Note: During this unprecedented time where safety and cleanliness is of the utmost importance, we are no longer accepting returns or exchanges on open shipped product, yoga mats or hand weights that have left the controlled environment of our warehouse). After I read that I started thinking, What if I didn't like it or something was wrong with it. I tried to cancel within 10 minutes of placing the order, twice by email and once by phone. I will refuse the order but they will not refund the shipping cost. No communication. Avoid the headaches and frustration Amazon is the way to go.

ESSo disappointed in this company So disappointed in this company, please don't make the same mistake as me. As many have already stated, I wanted to use them directly instead of through Amazon and boy, was that a mistake. They charged the full amount to my card, and the product hasn't arrived. Worse still, they don't answer any e-mails and have no phone number so I feel like I've been robbed to be perfectly honest. At least through Amazon I would probably have got my money back :(

GBPoor Quality/Poor Customer Service/Poor Company The quality of their items are subpar. I’ve submitted a request for an exchange because the wobble balls for my classroom were poor quality. One of them got a hole, which is supposed to be difficult to do and the other 3 are completely different in size. All I wanted was an exchange and they were uncooperative. Will never use this company again.
