Purchased a ball when I started to fill it with air it began leaking from a Hole caused when it was shrink wrapped and stored for packaging.here is a review I wish I had read before purchase. GBAmazing service I found the Gaiam page randomly as I was searching for a Yoga Ball Chair, it was rated very high. It worked flawlessly for almost a whole year and then a piece broke on the base. I still had the email from the initial purchase so I replied to it with my issue not expecting anything. Brittany got back to me so quickly and asked for a picture of the defect. I sent the picture and the next day she had placed an order for the parts I needed to. These days it is impossible to get good service so I felt compelled to leave this review. I am 100% satisfied with this company's products and service, thank you!

GBI will never order from Gaiam again I will never order from Gaiam again! My order was cancelled 3 weeks after placing it. They have little to no options for women's clothing and are out of stock for most items. Try other brands like Lululemon, Manduka, and prAna.

GBTake your business where it is appreciated I purchased a Muse headband sometime ago when I was first learning how to chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo and I was concerned about my mind wandering. This product helped me gain confidence and I was ready to sell it and let someone else benefit as I have. I went to sell it on Amazon. I was informed that I needed permission from Gaiam which surprised me because I didn't even know they were affiliated. I got a response from Gaiam saying that they will not be granted me permission to sell the product that I purchased with MY money on Amazon! So it's like I bought it but it is not really mine to do with it what I will... They are just as rude as most of these reviews state so BEWARE!!!!

(Note: During this unprecedented time where safety and cleanliness is of the utmost importance, we are no longer accepting returns or exchanges on open shipped product, yoga mats or hand weights that have left the controlled environment of our warehouse). After I read that I started thinking, What if I didn't like it or something was wrong with it. I tried to cancel within 10 minutes of placing the order, twice by email and once by phone. I will refuse the order but they will not refund the shipping cost. No communication. Avoid the headaches and frustration Amazon is the way to go.
