GBTerrible shipping!!! This is currently based on Gaiam’s shipping. I ordered 2 yoga mats and within 24 hours a shipping label had been created, HOWEVER, the items didn’t actually get to the shipper (Fedex) from Gaiam until a full 7 days later and the shipping is so slow I wont have the items for another 2 weeks and they were gifts, which I now won’t have in time. I won’t be ordering from them again.

GBI bought their app two years ago for… I bought their app two years ago for one time cost of $4.99. Didn't need a log in. Every update, there's an issue that involves them wanting me to "join." My husband said they realized their old business model didn't work. But why make customers who supported you before you expanded with more offerings than one person can even digest suffer? Now I can't access classes in my "studio," but even when I was accessing them, every time I finished, there was an invite to Tweet or post on Facebook my thoughts about the class. This whole set up seems to be the antithesis of what yoga is all about. It's quite sad. Don't support this company and don't buy Yoga Studio.

GBThis company has a bad product and they… This company has a bad product and they know it. Because of this, they don't supply return shipping for their tiny, short, unusable balance chairs. You basically have to just throw it out and chalk up the purchase to a bad internet experience.

GBAmazing service I found the Gaiam page randomly as I was searching for a Yoga Ball Chair, it was rated very high. It worked flawlessly for almost a whole year and then a piece broke on the base. I still had the email from the initial purchase so I replied to it with my issue not expecting anything. Brittany got back to me so quickly and asked for a picture of the defect. I sent the picture and the next day she had placed an order for the parts I needed to. These days it is impossible to get good service so I felt compelled to leave this review. I am 100% satisfied with this company's products and service, thank you!

ESI tried giving them no stars I tried giving them no stars, but it wouldn't let me. Seems to be an ongoing complaint but their customer service is terrible. "At Gaiam Europe, we work tirelessly to make our customers happy. Our customer support team is as passionate as you are for fitness and yoga. We don't just talk about it. We practice it. So go ahead; reach out. We are here to help. " is the biggest lie ever. Everytime I email them, they reply with the same automated email.. as if you gave them your money and now you're talking to yourself, banging your head against the wall. DO NOT ADVISE ONLINE ORDERING PS: This was from Gaiam.se (Sweden)
