Poor Quality/Poor Customer Service/Poor Company The quality of their items are subpar. I’ve submitted a request for an exchange because the wobble balls for my classroom were poor quality. One of them got a hole, which is supposed to be difficult to do and the other 3 are completely different in size. All I wanted was an exchange and they were uncooperative. Will never use this company again.

My yoga mat never turned up My yoga mat never turned up. And now I've read these reviews I realise it is a scam. How disappointing when it was such an investment into learning such a beautiful practice. How could people scam others like this.

Terrible shipping!!! This is currently based on Gaiam’s shipping. I ordered 2 yoga mats and within 24 hours a shipping label had been created, HOWEVER, the items didn’t actually get to the shipper (Fedex) from Gaiam until a full 7 days later and the shipping is so slow I wont have the items for another 2 weeks and they were gifts, which I now won’t have in time. I won’t be ordering from them again.

No refunds or exchanges There is no mention of this note at the time of check out. (Note: During this unprecedented time where safety and cleanliness is of the utmost importance, we are no longer accepting returns or exchanges on open shipped product, yoga mats or hand weights that have left the controlled environment of our warehouse). After I read that I started thinking, What if I didn't like it or something was wrong with it. I tried to cancel within 10 minutes of placing the order, twice by email and once by phone. I will refuse the order but they will not refund the shipping cost. No communication. Avoid the headaches and frustration Amazon is the way to go.

The yoga bag I purchased on the 28th of… The yoga bag I purchased on the 28th of July never arrived from gaiam.innovations.com.au. No confirmation email. Have contacted their facebook, sales email, and info email. No reply back. If this is not a scam I don't what this is. They took my money - but never send anything to me/ or even any email/ follow up. I will raise a consumer complaint. Shame on you!
