GBI bought their app two years ago for… I bought their app two years ago for one time cost of $4.99. Didn't need a log in. Every update, there's an issue that involves them wanting me to "join." My husband said they realized their old business model didn't work. But why make customers who supported you before you expanded with more offerings than one person can even digest suffer? Now I can't access classes in my "studio," but even when I was accessing them, every time I finished, there was an invite to Tweet or post on Facebook my thoughts about the class. This whole set up seems to be the antithesis of what yoga is all about. It's quite sad. Don't support this company and don't buy Yoga Studio.

GBTake your business where it is appreciated I purchased a Muse headband sometime ago when I was first learning how to chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo and I was concerned about my mind wandering. This product helped me gain confidence and I was ready to sell it and let someone else benefit as I have. I went to sell it on Amazon. I was informed that I needed permission from Gaiam which surprised me because I didn't even know they were affiliated. I got a response from Gaiam saying that they will not be granted me permission to sell the product that I purchased with MY money on Amazon! So it's like I bought it but it is not really mine to do with it what I will... They are just as rude as most of these reviews state so BEWARE!!!!

GBTerrible customer service, terrible company I ordered a birthday gift 2 weeks ago, even paid the $11 for expedited shipping. 3 days before my sisters birthday, they sent me an email saying they canceled my order. I have contacted them 4 times now and they reply with an automated response that claims they will get back to you within 72 hours..... it has been 6 days since my initial refund request. Absolute worst company to trust with your money.

GBI will never order from Gaiam again I will never order from Gaiam again! My order was cancelled 3 weeks after placing it. They have little to no options for women's clothing and are out of stock for most items. Try other brands like Lululemon, Manduka, and prAna.

IEMy yoga mat never turned up My yoga mat never turned up. And now I've read these reviews I realise it is a scam. How disappointing when it was such an investment into learning such a beautiful practice. How could people scam others like this.
