Bait and Switch I ordered LED finger lights for a glow in the dark egg hunt. My order total was $131.25. A few days later I received a call from one of their representatives. I was asked about the number of lights I had ordered (6000) and was asked what they were for. She then told me there was a glitch in the system and she couldn't run our card. She said she would call back in a few hours when the glitch was fixed. She called back to tell me that she confirmed my order, but we might save even more if we purchased them from them "wholesale". She would have to transfer me to another representative. I really didn't have the time. she told me that my order would be over $1000! She said that there was a price glitch in the system when I ordered them. I have my receipt that I printed out when I ordered it.... but they won't honor it. It sounds to me like a bait and switch. I told the lady it just sounded scammy and to cancel the order. I was then sent an email that stated that they tried on numerous occasions to confirm the order by phone and email but couldn't do so. Therefore my order was being cancelled. Stay away from this place....it reeks of a scam.

Do not buy from them!!! I bought paint and powder for a school event and was told that it would stay charged for 24 hours all I had to do was charge for 15 mins in the light. Unfortunately it did not stay charged. The paint also was not water soluble like it says it is. I called customer service and she was so rude and uncaring. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!! WASTE OF MONEY !!

DID NOT SEND THE COSTUME THEH ADVERTISED. I ordered a costume online from their website for my 5 year old son. It arrived the week before halloween. We recieved the costume to the character we wanted, BUT the costume was not the same hat or color as the one the website shown online. I had called and complained and they offered for me to send the costume back for a refund. Then I had told them I did not wish to send the costume back, but I don't feel I should have to pay the full 50$ price for their mistake. They told me I would get a refund of a percentage for the costume. I NEVER GOT IT. So I called back and Bianca asked for photos of the costume to compare. I sent and she sent me the label to send the costume back. This company is PATHETIC at reasoning with the customers satisfaction. I would not recommend ANYBODY to order from this website.

I should have read the reviews before ordering - Never again! I called and ordered rocks glasses for our company. They took my order, then 5 days later called to say they didn't have them and tried to push item we didn't want. They contacted me later saying they would indeed have this item and would not only guarantee them for a 9/9 arrival, but would pay the extra shipping charge. On 9/4 I had a VM saying to call them. Called back on 9/8 when I got in the office and was told the items were stuck in customs and would not be here for 9/9 and once again tried to push items we weren't interested in. Still not convinced this was intentional.

Horrible Customer Service I ordered 1-set of glow in the dark paints, but when I went to check out I was charged for 2. I immediately called and left a message and then emailed the company to explain that I did not want 2-sets of the paints, just one. The response a few days later was simply "too late, we've already mailed them both sets out." I again explained that I had not ordered 2-sets and asked how they'd like to handle the situation. Ten days later they said I could send the second set back and they'd charge me a restocking fee. I again explained what had happened and that a restocking fee seemed out of line. Finally they agreed to waive the restocking fee, but I'm left with the return shipping cost for an item I never ordered. I have no confidence whatever at this point that even if I pay to return the item they mistakenly sent me that I'll receive a credit on my card. I've never experienced anything like this before. Don't waste your time with these guys--either they just don't care or they're crooks.
