A "Glowing" Review of Coolglow.com After turning to Coolglow.com to help me out of a tough situation, when I perhaps may have procrastinated a bit too long on buying glow products for a glow run I was helping organize, I will not be going to anyone else. They had great knowledge on all of the supplies that would work best and the run was a hit!!! I would highly recommend CoolGlow.com for anyone planning a big event!

Never got my product - their mistake Coolglow charged my credit card but never shipped my order. When I called customer service I was told they were going through a system upgrade which was causing some problems. Ok, that's understandable, but then the rep proceeds to tell me that if they ship my order today, I won't get it for another 5 days which is too late for the party I was ordering them for (I ordered them in plenty of time). So she had to cancel my order because they would not ship them to me overnight - said I had to "meet them halfway" to pay for overnight shipping. I was like, "Uh it's your mistake, so that's unacceptable." I was given an apology and a full refund, but I'm still upset. My daughter was counting on having those items at her party. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible Customer Service I ordered 1-set of glow in the dark paints, but when I went to check out I was charged for 2. I immediately called and left a message and then emailed the company to explain that I did not want 2-sets of the paints, just one. The response a few days later was simply "too late, we've already mailed them both sets out." I again explained that I had not ordered 2-sets and asked how they'd like to handle the situation. Ten days later they said I could send the second set back and they'd charge me a restocking fee. I again explained what had happened and that a restocking fee seemed out of line. Finally they agreed to waive the restocking fee, but I'm left with the return shipping cost for an item I never ordered. I have no confidence whatever at this point that even if I pay to return the item they mistakenly sent me that I'll receive a credit on my card. I've never experienced anything like this before. Don't waste your time with these guys--either they just don't care or they're crooks.

Buyer BEWARE Buyer beware. I ordered PInk uv contacts. According to the picture they're hot pink with or without UV light. What I received today is a very pale rose pink contact. When I called to complain and returned them I was told told that the pictures are inhanced and I agreed to that in the terms and conditions. I would have to pay for shipping and a %15 restocking fee. How about just selling what you advertise?

GREAT DEALS ON EVERYTHING!! I recently used coolglow to purchase glow sticks for my party. After browsing throughout the website I ended up buying numerous party supplies. They carry some of the most unique products at great prices. The party was epic thanks to coolglow!!
