STAY AWAY - No product, no customer service After successfully working with this company in 2015, we returned again in 2016 for another order. This time the experience could not have been worse. Our order has been delayed multiple times -- to the point where it will now miss the event so it is worthless to us. Thing happen, we understand, but there has been NO communication from the company AT ALL despite repeated attempts on our part via phone, email and their website chat function. All we really needed was a call back to explain what was going on, but even that seems too much for iCandyWrap. It has come to the point where I have filed complaints with the credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. Don't know what more to say than DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

Icandywrap is not even worth 1 star Icandywrap is not even worth 1 star. Untrustworthy company and will fight with my credit card to not pay them.. Ordered graduation party favors. They never shipped. Icandy does not answer their phones, respond to emails, or facebook messages. I don't even think they exist.

I ordered over $400 worth of candy and … I ordered over $400 worth of candy and months later it never arrived but I was billed and had to have a big fight with my credit card company. Now they continue to email me despite my asking to unsubscribe, and they have no unsubscribe link, which in against the law. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD, STAY AWAY, SERIOUSLY

Could be the worst online company ever used Absolute worst! Avoid at all cost. I echo what others have said, they charge exorbitant shipping fees, miss deadlines, product is sub par at best and they NEVER answer phone or returns messages. I plan on reporting to BBB. Trust me you need to pass over icandywrap, you will regret doing any business with them
