iCandy was a life saver for my wedding! I ordered candy from another vendor and it was a disaster. Not only did they get my order wrong but the quality was horrible. I contacted iCandy and asked if they could rush me an order. They were absolutely great. They didnt have a rush free and the items I received where perfect. I was proud to give them out as favors at my wedding. They were a real life saver and I recommend them to anyone that is looking for great service and great favors.

Cant get ahold of anyone Ordered in March, wedding in June, nothing...told 2x the order would be here, those dates have come and gone...nothing, tried live chat no one there, texted, emailed, called...no answer...oh i have been charged...so they have my money and i cannot get a response at all...horribly disappointed and now i bave no favors for my wedding, tbanks for nothing but disappointment

I ordered over $400 worth of candy and … I ordered over $400 worth of candy and months later it never arrived but I was billed and had to have a big fight with my credit card company. Now they continue to email me despite my asking to unsubscribe, and they have no unsubscribe link, which in against the law. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD, STAY AWAY, SERIOUSLY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They promised me my order would be received over a month ago, well in advance of my event. Yet weeks went by and nothing. I called over and over to the company, so many times I can't count, but only received an answering machine. No one ever responded. I wrote many emails begging them to get me my order, but no one responded. My event has come and gone, and still nothing from this scam of a company. I can't tell you how upsetting it is to have a special event where you expect your party favors to be memorable and special, but they are never received. All of their promises on their website are absolute lies. Save yourself time, disappointment, and aggravation and use a reputable company. Never give this horrible company a penny of your money.
