Could be the worst online company ever used Absolute worst! Avoid at all cost. I echo what others have said, they charge exorbitant shipping fees, miss deadlines, product is sub par at best and they NEVER answer phone or returns messages. I plan on reporting to BBB. Trust me you need to pass over icandywrap, you will regret doing any business with them

Fraudulent Company This is not a legitimate business. They website updated my account everyday to say that my wedding favors were going to be shipped. They never were. Impossible to contact anyone in customer service through any means. One time a person answered, and when I expressed my concerns, he promptly hung up. This web business is a scam.

Strike two I have ordered several items from ICandywrap in the past and had good experiences going into my daughters 18th birthday last summer. I still decided to give them one more chance thinking that the poor experience was isolated only to have all the same problems on this order. I had to call everyday to make sure I got most of the order on time. Their account status on the webpage was not accurate and nobody seems to review the orders as the ship dates pass. If not for my own persistence, we would not have received any of the order. They have a great product but I have never had to work so hard to give someone my business.

Emailed them again on May 26, 2020 and received the following response “ Your order has been processed. Due to high demand and during the pandemic Covid-19, shipping times have been slightly delayed but rest assured your order will be with you soon. If your tracking number hasn't updated within the week, please feel free to reach out. You can track your order here: trackingnumber=93612699 Thank you for your patience, iCandy Gadgets Team Which shows they supposedly sent my package but to Pompano Fl which is NOT the correct address. Apparently the address they used was undeliverable to the incorrect address and being shipped back to AZ. I emailed them back regarding their “gross” mistake and called another 10x to only be left hanging yet again with no response back in regards to my order. I was wary because of other reviews, but I had a great experience! I was wary based on some of the reviews on here. I see great reviews and horrible reviews but nothing in the middle. I noticed icandywrap is a Google trusted store with good ratings with them so I took the chance knowing that Google would protect me if something went wrong. Needless to say, the experience I had was great. The items I ordered looked great and arrived ahead of time. I was in charge of the favors, so my wife was especially happy when she saw them. The only complaint I have is that I wish they had more wedding themes to pick from.
