Cant get ahold of anyone Ordered in March, wedding in June, nothing...told 2x the order would be here, those dates have come and gone...nothing, tried live chat no one there, texted, emailed, called...no answer...oh i have been charged...so they have my money and i cannot get a response at all...horribly disappointed and now i bave no favors for my wedding, tbanks for nothing but disappointment

This company is a scam This company is a scam. DO NOT give them your credit card. I placed and order and got an immediate response to approve the design. I then placed the order which was supposed to arrive May 19th, which was several weeks after placing the order, allowing plenty of time. On May 19th, I checked my account and it said the date of delivery will now be May 23rd. I sent several emails to the company and left several voicemails and never received a response. In addition, their "online chat" feature was disabled. Not only that, they keep changing the date of when my order will supposedly be shipped. I also tried contacting them via Facebook. Though they did not respond to me, they did manage to delete my posts. This is clearly not a legitimate operation.

Worst Customer Service Ever - Don't Shop Here! Worst service ever! Ordered 5 weeks prior to my son's birthday party. Got invitations 3 weeks later. Never received remaining custom items for party bags. Called and emailed with not response. I can't get any communication??? Wish I had seen the other reviews prior to my order. Horrible experience.

Strike two I have ordered several items from ICandywrap in the past and had good experiences going into my daughters 18th birthday last summer. I still decided to give them one more chance thinking that the poor experience was isolated only to have all the same problems on this order. I had to call everyday to make sure I got most of the order on time. Their account status on the webpage was not accurate and nobody seems to review the orders as the ship dates pass. If not for my own persistence, we would not have received any of the order. They have a great product but I have never had to work so hard to give someone my business.

Could be the worst online company ever used Absolute worst! Avoid at all cost. I echo what others have said, they charge exorbitant shipping fees, miss deadlines, product is sub par at best and they NEVER answer phone or returns messages. I plan on reporting to BBB. Trust me you need to pass over icandywrap, you will regret doing any business with them
