Please do not buy From this website. Please do not buy on this website. Live chat doesn't answer you back. I emailed them multiples times about my order and no reply whatsoever. I ordered My invitation in the 28 of oct. It's already nov 28 and nothing. Can anyone tell me how and where do I report this website so they cannot fool anyone anymore

STAY AWAY - No product, no customer service After successfully working with this company in 2015, we returned again in 2016 for another order. This time the experience could not have been worse. Our order has been delayed multiple times -- to the point where it will now miss the event so it is worthless to us. Thing happen, we understand, but there has been NO communication from the company AT ALL despite repeated attempts on our part via phone, email and their website chat function. All we really needed was a call back to explain what was going on, but even that seems too much for iCandyWrap. It has come to the point where I have filed complaints with the credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. Don't know what more to say than DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.

I was wary because of other reviews, but I had a great experience! I was wary based on some of the reviews on here. I see great reviews and horrible reviews but nothing in the middle. I noticed icandywrap is a Google trusted store with good ratings with them so I took the chance knowing that Google would protect me if something went wrong. Needless to say, the experience I had was great. The items I ordered looked great and arrived ahead of time. I was in charge of the favors, so my wife was especially happy when she saw them. The only complaint I have is that I wish they had more wedding themes to pick from.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They promised me my order would be received over a month ago, well in advance of my event. Yet weeks went by and nothing. I called over and over to the company, so many times I can't count, but only received an answering machine. No one ever responded. I wrote many emails begging them to get me my order, but no one responded. My event has come and gone, and still nothing from this scam of a company. I can't tell you how upsetting it is to have a special event where you expect your party favors to be memorable and special, but they are never received. All of their promises on their website are absolute lies. Save yourself time, disappointment, and aggravation and use a reputable company. Never give this horrible company a penny of your money.

Fraudulent Company This is not a legitimate business. They website updated my account everyday to say that my wedding favors were going to be shipped. They never were. Impossible to contact anyone in customer service through any means. One time a person answered, and when I expressed my concerns, he promptly hung up. This web business is a scam.
