I ordered over $400 worth of candy and … I ordered over $400 worth of candy and months later it never arrived but I was billed and had to have a big fight with my credit card company. Now they continue to email me despite my asking to unsubscribe, and they have no unsubscribe link, which in against the law. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD, STAY AWAY, SERIOUSLY

Icandywrap is not even worth 1 star Icandywrap is not even worth 1 star. Untrustworthy company and will fight with my credit card to not pay them.. Ordered graduation party favors. They never shipped. Icandy does not answer their phones, respond to emails, or facebook messages. I don't even think they exist.

I was wary because of other reviews, but I had a great experience! I was wary based on some of the reviews on here. I see great reviews and horrible reviews but nothing in the middle. I noticed icandywrap is a Google trusted store with good ratings with them so I took the chance knowing that Google would protect me if something went wrong. Needless to say, the experience I had was great. The items I ordered looked great and arrived ahead of time. I was in charge of the favors, so my wife was especially happy when she saw them. The only complaint I have is that I wish they had more wedding themes to pick from.

This company is the WORST! This company is the WORST!! When we placed an order for customized chocolate bars/wrappers, they waited a week to email us to say "Awaiting Design" (pictures). We did send the pictures but appararently they didn't know how to process the order. We emailed them the pictures, asked for confirmation, and we never received a response. We checked the site days later and the status of "Awaiting Design" had not changed. Every time we've reached out to them by email or by phone, they never responded! We tried to cancel our order, but have not received any reponse regarding that. Buyer beware!!! Stay away!!! Use Just Candy. Much more reputable.

Strike two I have ordered several items from ICandywrap in the past and had good experiences going into my daughters 18th birthday last summer. I still decided to give them one more chance thinking that the poor experience was isolated only to have all the same problems on this order. I had to call everyday to make sure I got most of the order on time. Their account status on the webpage was not accurate and nobody seems to review the orders as the ship dates pass. If not for my own persistence, we would not have received any of the order. They have a great product but I have never had to work so hard to give someone my business.
