Total Scam--These people are frauds I left a previous review, which has now been removed after months, along with many others--mostly negative-- that had been here. I bought a prom dress for my daughter back in April. It was terrible. It had fabric bunched up and sewn into the seams, uneven hems, and came late. As with everyone else who's had a complaint, they gave me the run around for days, claiming the dress was fine, that I could fix it "in the local," and offered me 10 percent off my "next purchase." They do NOT stand behind their "satisfaction" guarantee. They try to delay until it's too late to dispute the charge. I got my money back by making a fraud complaint with Paypal and disputing the charge to my credit card through Paypal. Don't let them rip you off--keep yelling until someone listens. This company is a total scam.

The website has the wrong description details, which resulted in the wrong dress arriving at our door, and then when we tried to contact the team to get it sorted, no one could help and they blamed us!! they took absolutely NO ownership of the issue and called us liars in addition to refusing to assist in any way! I have never been treated this way by a company, nor did I ever think that this day and age any company would have such a disgraceful approach when they themselves made the mistake. NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! I will be making sure that everyone I know hears about this experience and never buys from this website also. SCAM Do not use this website! The dress I received looked NOTHING like the picture. It was put together so sloppily, had pins sticking out, tears, and thread that was loose or tangled into incorrect spots. After at least 14 emails they are still refusing to give me a full refund. They have used nonsensical reasoning, obscure metaphors, and false statements. I have never been so disrespected by a company before. Don't be scammed like I was.

Would never buy from again Ordered a dress for my daughters wedding, not only did it turn up after the wedding, it did not fit, there were 3 stains on the dress, it was the wrong colour, the length of the dress was uneven, the stitching on the sides is unprofessional and finally the neck line was different on one side to the other. I complained via email and over the course of approx 2 weeks in which they accepted our complaints as we sent photos of all the faults with the dress, but their explanation was that it was hand made, the stains would disappear when exposed to the sun and air & we should have it fixed locally. Finally they offered a refund of 20% which I accepted and I have kept the dress for the next bad taste party I'm invited to. Dress was not made correctly and color was unacceptable. My daughter ordered a champaign colored dress and it came in two colors. She disliked it immediately. The website showed the dress in one solid color. The back of the dress was sewn incorrectly because the center seam did not match-up to show a diagonal drape across the back. Back and lower right side was sagging noticeably. Back and left upper side the fabric was frayed. She has been given the run around by 4 different people 4 different times
