GBPlaced an order 2/11/2020 and never… Placed an order 2/11/2020 and never heard anything from them. They charged my credit card and I got no response after sending several emails and called the phone number on their website. There is no voicemail setup on the number and just rings. This is a scam site.

GBSTAY FAR AWAY.. There is NO RETURN POLICY Do NOT use this company. Dress was very different from the picture they stole from another vendor's company. Their Customer Service is even worse than the dress. There is NO RETURN POLICY despite what their site indicates. I went through PayPal and was able to get my money back. Once PayPal returned my money they THEN wanted the dress back. They couldn't use the dress as "handmade custom for you special from fine material" (since when is hot glue a fine material??) and returning the dress would be "waste of dress maker and time money." They now wanted the dress since they weren't being paid and they threatened to have "black credit record done to you" which would "do bad to your life" because the didn't want to "harass you as well!" They also keep changing their site name and change bad reviews on their site to 5 star.

NZDreadful - complete rip off - low quality materials and workmanship, dress completely different to the one in the picture, no refund What can I say? Dress arrived with beading missing, the hook missing from the hook and eye, stitching coming undone, the decorative beading that was supposed to be under the bust stretched from bust to waist, making the rest of the dress hang dreadfully. The back was supposed to be scoop back down to the waist but what I got was a straight back at bust level. it didn't fit - very badly sized and bore no resemblance to the "made to measure" measurements I'd given them. It was dirty when it arrived. The material was cheap so instead of draping my figure with rolling pleats it fell in a rather awkward A line. I told them of the quality issues and the fact the dress was actually substantially different to the one in the picture and they responded with "we think it looks good!". It does not look good. Now pursuing a chargeback through the bank to get my money back as they are refusing to refund. I'd be better off getting something from Shanton.

GBmy dress is perfect I ordered an ivory, short beaded wedding dress. I live chatted with a representative who assisted me with measurements. My dress arrived in a few weeks, and it's gorgeous. It's even better than the pictures on line. Fully lined, stitched perfectly, high quality. I couldn't be more pleased. I'll buy from them again.

GBScam! Poor quality, and customer service. CALL PAYPAL FOR REFUND IF UNHAPPY WITH PURCHASE, AND WANT A REFUND, READ FOR SOLUTION: I bought a formal dress from Dressale.com for my son's wedding. The dress arrived stuffed in a bag, poorly sewn, crooked, falling apart, and a straight pin stuck in the waistband still. I sent several emails to the customer service for a full refund to which they said to have a local seamstress fix the dress, and they offered a discount on my next purchase (as if). I noticed the payment was processed through Pay Pay so I called their customer service at 1-888-221-1161, and was told as long as it is within 45 days from purchase I could file a claim. PayPal is giving them 10 days to resolve the issue, and if they do not PayPal will refund the money. CALL THEM
