SCAM Do not use this website! The dress I received looked NOTHING like the picture. It was put together so sloppily, had pins sticking out, tears, and thread that was loose or tangled into incorrect spots. After at least 14 emails they are still refusing to give me a full refund. They have used nonsensical reasoning, obscure metaphors, and false statements. I have never been so disrespected by a company before. Don't be scammed like I was.

Would never buy from again Ordered a dress for my daughters wedding, not only did it turn up after the wedding, it did not fit, there were 3 stains on the dress, it was the wrong colour, the length of the dress was uneven, the stitching on the sides is unprofessional and finally the neck line was different on one side to the other. I complained via email and over the course of approx 2 weeks in which they accepted our complaints as we sent photos of all the faults with the dress, but their explanation was that it was hand made, the stains would disappear when exposed to the sun and air & we should have it fixed locally. Finally they offered a refund of 20% which I accepted and I have kept the dress for the next bad taste party I'm invited to. I would give them NEGATIVE stars if it was possible. THE SITE IS A SCAM! I ordered 2 dresses in IDENTICAL size. One dress arrived in completely wrong colour, but at least correct size. Second dress is 2 sizes too small in the Bust area with broken zipper, horrible embroidery, completely different colour and design to the original. Dressale refuse to aknowledge any of the faults, nor to pay the full refund as clearly stated in their return policy for the above mentioned faults. The company is a FRAUD! Every positive comment you see on any review site is either posted by themselves, or by someone they paid to post. Professional dressmaker inspected both dresses and confirmed how UNPROFESSIONAL and totally unacceptable they both were, she was stunned how anyone can pass something like that as quality. I would NEVER EVER bought anything if I read all the negative reviews out there BEFORE I placed my order. Every word people say how Dressale treat customers and refuse to refund money for a total rubbish products is complete truth. I received the same set of rubbish emails in response to loads of pictures and video evidence. More than enough proof was supplied yet Dressale continue to deny that the size is incorrect and cover up with "hand made" approach for all other faults. The Company acts under false advertising, breach of copyright and Fair Trade!

Never Again will I ever!!!! Never again. I ordered a dress and received a call a few days later saying they can not find the original lace for the back of the dress. (My assumption is they never had it to begin with) they sent me a pic of the new lace asking me to confirm. I did not like the new lace and simply asked for a refund and received this in response (after several persuasive emails trying to get me to reconsider that is): "Dear customer, Thanks for your shopping with Dressale. Sorry to hear that you want to cancel the order, if you do , there will be a series of fees ,such as Paypal Transaction Fees,Order Information System Processing Fees,Product Procurement Operation Fees etc, which will be certain economic loss for you.Thus , we do hope that you can reconsider it" I should not receive any economic loss, It is not my fault that they could not provide what they said. I have yet to receive a refund and I pray that I do. This is wrong. Do not order!!!

A great review unlike the others... I unlike the other reviews had a great experience with dressale.com. Back in 2011 I needed a wedding gown on a very small budget and I'm plus size. That combination is impossible to to find especially when I needed a 1 month turn around. The dress I picked was a Bonny Bridal knock off. They duplicated it perfectly. When it arrived it needed a couple minor alterations which I expected from any gown. It needed to be hemmed, taken in an inch at the bust and I added a bustle. I emailed asking if they could make it a rush order which they responded that it was not an issue and didn't charge extra. I ordered the dress the end of October and it arrived the 3rd week of November They even phoned me to let me know when it was shipped by fedex. Wrapped and sealed beautifully. I'm so sorry to hear that their service has gone down hill since I got married because they really saved me being a broke bride lol.
