EXCELLENT at customr service!!! Trish and Max are EXCELLENT at customer service!! From my inquires to mock up to production and shipping…. They communicated exceptionally through the whole experience!! They even sent me pictures of MY canopy all put together prior to shipping!!! I can’t recommend this company enough!!! I will gladly steer everybody I find looking for a canopy to this company! I feel honored to be able to display such a gorgeous canopy at my vendor events, because of Trish and Max’s help!! 5 stars are not enough!!

Their customer service is above and beyond We started out rocky with my shipment, some items were missed and the wrong carry case was sent (according to me). However after dealing with customer service, they went above and beyond to correct everything to my satisfaction. I admit that I was unhappy at first, but they did everything to make it right and I couldn't ask for better service. The canopy itself is fabulous! They nailed the design and it looks amazing. I will be proud to use it at events. They stand behind their work and work hard to keep their customers happy.

10/10 - A gem of a company A real gem! Ordered a custom printed 10x10 canopy and frame. The team at Westshade provided excellent customer service, the best price I could find, and insanely fast shipping. I wish there were more companies online that operated at this level. Thanks for making me look like a marketing hero Westshade!!!

Westshade prepared my image from a very… Westshade prepared my image from a very small, low quality image to an astounding masterpiece. The awning they created was fantastic and it is probably the highest quality mechanical awning I have ever seen. Everybody told me it is unbelievably high quality and probably the most sturdy professional tent I have ever seen. It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for and they met my deadline no questions asked. Major applaud to them and I will be buying from them again! Thank you Westshade! Best regards, Marc Belanger Connecticue

If I could give 6 stars, I would! What an incredible company. I don't often give reviews, mainly because, I am always extremely busy. But I had to make time and give this company a review. This is an exceptional company to deal with. Unbelievable communication! Even on a Sunday! They are certainly are on top of their game! From answering every concern and question that I had, to the spot on eye popping graphics they printed on the canopy! I literally couldn't be more pleased! The price was more than fair and an extremely high quality product! Yes! I will use Westshade again and again!!
