A very pleasant experience Working with Westshade has been a very pleasant experience thus far. Most of our interaction was done thru emailing back and forth but they are extremely prompt in their response time and also helpful. I was able to receive a completely free design of the customized tent that I've wanted to have made. They followed my design idea perfectly and made sure they beat a quote given to me by a local competitor. I placed my order today so I'll update my review once I receive it!

Ordered a custom canopy Ordered a custom canopy. Canopy was great, after two uses and no force the bottom flat foot broke into two pieces. Contacted customer service, they said they dont sell just the small 2 dollar injection molded foot, said I would have to buy a whole leg at $140 dollars. A good customer service company would go pull one off and send one for a poor injection molded part. Willing to pay for a foot but not 140, might as well go buy another canopy at that point. Poor Quality, I recommend another company.

They are super quick with responding… They are super quick with responding they make sure you get exactly what you are looking for they keep you posted on the shipping process now there was one little hiccup but they made it right immediately I am extremely happy with this company and I recommend them highly.
