Hightly recommend purchasing from Westshape!… This is the first time I have had to place an order for a canopy and Westshape made the process so easy. They answered all of my questions quickly. I had a few changes that I made when they sent the proof and they changed the proof and resent it to me within minutes of my request! They made the changes exactly how I wanted them. Ordered a custom canopy Ordered a custom canopy. Canopy was great, after two uses and no force the bottom flat foot broke into two pieces. Contacted customer service, they said they dont sell just the small 2 dollar injection molded foot, said I would have to buy a whole leg at $140 dollars. A good customer service company would go pull one off and send one for a poor injection molded part. Willing to pay for a foot but not 140, might as well go buy another canopy at that point. Poor Quality, I recommend another company.

The Team at Westshade really did a… The Team at Westshade really did a wonderful job. 59 emails in 1 day and printed the next and shipped immediately so within a 4 day window I had my tent, bag and table sloth delivered for our event and they hooked up with discounts and shipping options. They are wonderful USE THEM!
