Their customer service is above and beyond We started out rocky with my shipment, some items were missed and the wrong carry case was sent (according to me). However after dealing with customer service, they went above and beyond to correct everything to my satisfaction. I admit that I was unhappy at first, but they did everything to make it right and I couldn't ask for better service. The canopy itself is fabulous! They nailed the design and it looks amazing. I will be proud to use it at events. They stand behind their work and work hard to keep their customers happy.

Poor communication I was given a purchase order link after finalizing the product details. After making the purchase for the set amount, I was sent an email and told my order would be have to be $50 more for shipping because it did not qualify for the over $299 free shipping amount. At no point, was I informed of this maximum amount. Rather than bite the bullet and cover the cost of shipping, they agreed to cancel my order. I spent too long trying to get the perfect advertising product with this company only for it to fall through due to poor communication. Vistaprint has better options at less the cost and better customer experience.

Westshade is a highly competent Westshade is a highly competent, efficient, and creative company with fantastic customer service. I ordered a 20"x10" custom canopy tent, and they did several mockups for me with very little effort on my part. They were accommodating to my needs, got my order in as soon as I confirmed the final mockup, and had it to me within a couple days. I highly recommend this company as a small business owner.
