Wonderful experience Communication was always prompt and courteous from the initial contact, the design process, the shipping, and even after delivery. The personalization we had made to the canopy was just perfect. The quality of the tent we ordered is A+. We were skeptical at first of using a company online but we will certainly do business with Westshade again.

So far so great! The turnaround time and customer service interaction is amazing. I am waiting for the tent to come and will update then with the feedback on the product! Updated after receipt of full order! Everything is perfect! all items come with good quality storage bags that I wasn't even aware of. I did upgrade to the wheeled bag for the frame and am thrilled with the choice. Westshade is my new go!

If I could give 6 stars, I would! What an incredible company. I don't often give reviews, mainly because, I am always extremely busy. But I had to make time and give this company a review. This is an exceptional company to deal with. Unbelievable communication! Even on a Sunday! They are certainly are on top of their game! From answering every concern and question that I had, to the spot on eye popping graphics they printed on the canopy! I literally couldn't be more pleased! The price was more than fair and an extremely high quality product! Yes! I will use Westshade again and again!!

Hightly recommend purchasing from Westshape!… This is the first time I have had to place an order for a canopy and Westshape made the process so easy. They answered all of my questions quickly. I had a few changes that I made when they sent the proof and they changed the proof and resent it to me within minutes of my request! They made the changes exactly how I wanted them. Their customer service is above and beyond We started out rocky with my shipment, some items were missed and the wrong carry case was sent (according to me). However after dealing with customer service, they went above and beyond to correct everything to my satisfaction. I admit that I was unhappy at first, but they did everything to make it right and I couldn't ask for better service. The canopy itself is fabulous! They nailed the design and it looks amazing. I will be proud to use it at events. They stand behind their work and work hard to keep their customers happy.
