The team at Westshade provided excellent customer service, the best price I could find, and insanely fast shipping. I wish there were more companies online that operated at this level. EXCELLENT at customr service!!! Trish and Max are EXCELLENT at customer service!! From my inquires to mock up to production and shipping…. They communicated exceptionally through the whole experience!! They even sent me pictures of MY canopy all put together prior to shipping!!! I can’t recommend this company enough!!! I will gladly steer everybody I find looking for a canopy to this company! I feel honored to be able to display such a gorgeous canopy at my vendor events, because of Trish and Max’s help!! 5 stars are not enough!!

Poor communication I was given a purchase order link after finalizing the product details. After making the purchase for the set amount, I was sent an email and told my order would be have to be $50 more for shipping because it did not qualify for the over $299 free shipping amount. At no point, was I informed of this maximum amount. Rather than bite the bullet and cover the cost of shipping, they agreed to cancel my order. I spent too long trying to get the perfect advertising product with this company only for it to fall through due to poor communication. Vistaprint has better options at less the cost and better customer experience.
