The team at Westshade provided excellent customer service, the best price I could find, and insanely fast shipping. I wish there were more companies online that operated at this level. Ordered a custom canopy Ordered a custom canopy. Canopy was great, after two uses and no force the bottom flat foot broke into two pieces. Contacted customer service, they said they dont sell just the small 2 dollar injection molded foot, said I would have to buy a whole leg at $140 dollars. A good customer service company would go pull one off and send one for a poor injection molded part. Willing to pay for a foot but not 140, might as well go buy another canopy at that point. Poor Quality, I recommend another company.

Poor communication I was given a purchase order link after finalizing the product details. After making the purchase for the set amount, I was sent an email and told my order would be have to be $50 more for shipping because it did not qualify for the over $299 free shipping amount. At no point, was I informed of this maximum amount. Rather than bite the bullet and cover the cost of shipping, they agreed to cancel my order. I spent too long trying to get the perfect advertising product with this company only for it to fall through due to poor communication. Vistaprint has better options at less the cost and better customer experience.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! What an incredible company. I don't often give reviews, mainly because, I am always extremely busy. But I had to make time and give this company a review. This is an exceptional company to deal with. Unbelievable communication! Even on a Sunday! They are certainly are on top of their game! From answering every concern and question that I had, to the spot on eye popping graphics they printed on the canopy! I literally couldn't be more pleased! The price was more than fair and an extremely high quality product! Yes! I will use Westshade again and again!!
