I discovered after assembling half the… I discovered after assembling half the tower that some of the holes didn't match up properly. The directions were not clear enough to make sure the different parts had to be set up in specific positions. I also am missing one screw, #D. I will call the help line for a replacement. It took three people to do the whole project so far, will finish when I get the missing screw.

Bunny loves it! I bought this cage for my lion mane rabbit. I'm super happy with the construction of it and space that it allows my bunny. My only complaint is that it's difficult to fit her litter box in a convenient place due to how the ramp cuts up the lower section. Otherwise, very, very pleased and so is she!

My kitten loved it My kitten loved it, it's the perfect way to be outside without him taking risks or endangering other animals. To spend some time in the morning or afternoon when the sun is shining, it is perfect, the size is perfect and with a couple of stakes, no strong storm has touched it.

Good quality Although it took two handymen about an hour to put this together, the result was pleasing. The product is well-constructed with quality materials. Plus the door hinge allows the door to open fully to the cage, hug it and stay there. The only quibble is with the latch, which is very small (although cute and functional), which means I have to carefully pinch it to open the door.

The cats really like their new catio The big catio we bought was well priced, came promptly and was easy enough to put together that my daughter and I did most of the assemly (calling in Dad for attaching the roof). BUT, the catio has a design flaw - the lounging shelves are set directly above each other making it fairly hard for them to get to the upper shelves. I had to go "off script" for the cats to have best access to the three higher locations. The cats are enjoying it
