The instructions were vague The instructions were vague, each panel is numbered however they need to be oriented correctly and this is extremely helpful. I had to disassemble screwed together panels due to later in the assembly process realizing they were oriented incorrectly. Screws listed for one assembly were not long enough and had to use some of my own. Some cracks in supports had to be glued before assembling.

UPDATE: Got a reply from customer service after posting the review and asking for a refund for my faulty item. Coziwow offered a partial refund with return, but after discussion, then appropriately gave me a full refund. Nice to deal with real humans.

My kitten loved it My kitten loved it, it's the perfect way to be outside without him taking risks or endangering other animals. To spend some time in the morning or afternoon when the sun is shining, it is perfect, the size is perfect and with a couple of stakes, no strong storm has touched it.

Helpful Ramp Our almost 15 year old labradoodle needs help getting into and out of car and as we are older dog parents it became more difficult for us to lift her. This ramp is a little long and we are still training her but overall this has been a good purchase.
