Very happy kitties My order was delivered quickly, everything was packaged well and the Catio was easy to put together. I have six indoor cats and they are so happy to be able to go outside in a safe enclosure. I could not have built the Catio for what this kit cost so I’m very happy with my purchase!

The cats really like their new catio The big catio we bought was well priced, came promptly and was easy enough to put together that my daughter and I did most of the assemly (calling in Dad for attaching the roof). BUT, the catio has a design flaw - the lounging shelves are set directly above each other making it fairly hard for them to get to the upper shelves. I had to go "off script" for the cats to have best access to the three higher locations. The cats are enjoying it

Light,but sturdy I found the ramp to be sturdy, but light and easier to handle than our previous one. The latch is a good idea, but is hard to align and difficult to lock into position so it leaves a lot to be desired. All in all I'm pleased with the purchase and my dog has no problem using it.

The instructions were vague The instructions were vague, each panel is numbered however they need to be oriented correctly and this is extremely helpful. I had to disassemble screwed together panels due to later in the assembly process realizing they were oriented incorrectly. Screws listed for one assembly were not long enough and had to use some of my own. Some cracks in supports had to be glued before assembling.

Excellent product and excellent customer service I have to give them a 5 star review. I’m a complete idiot and came on here ranting about poor customer service and missing parts when in fact it was my own over sight. They kindly sent me a detailed instruction on exactly what I wasn’t understanding and I wanted to come here and correct my wrongs! Thank you COZIWOW and I ordered the same product and it’s of excellent quality and my kitties love it and the price is absolutely amazing!
