customer Service Satisfaction Michelle is such a wonderful personel at Desert Farms!!! From day one, I was given very valuable informations about Camel milk and other Desert Farm products. She has been a very good advocate fir me with the shipping drpartment for my shipment delay and has given me the reassurances of my upcoming shipment. She is prompt to respond and has been very patient with me… I am an elderly senior and English is not my first language, but Michelle makes that I understand. I am very impressed with her great customer service!

I love camel milk I've ordered from this company many times and I've been satisfied with each delivery. when things occur out of their control like late delivery and the product spoils, they immediately fix the issue. All you have to do is show proof through taking a picture and they will send over the product frozen. The milk taste good and makes me feel good.

Payment were taken 3-4 weeks earlier… Payment were taken 3-4 weeks earlier and I had to email you twice requesting some shipment information and updates. I thought the shipment was lost, misplaced or was overlooked. Finally, Desert Farms got back to me and informed me about their circumstance and the shipment details. All was good at the end. Was surprised by the great taste I was absolutely surprised that i loved the milk. Im allergic to dairy and missed having in it coffee and tea drinks. I could not tell the difference at all. I unfortunately have lyme disease and even if I didn't have an allergy to dairy, I am suppose to stay away from dairy for inflammatory purposes. I did find i was a lot more arthritic while drinking it daily. If you are thinking about it the flavor, I say don't worry and go for it.

Smell and taste good Smell and taste good. We tried both powder milk and liquid milk. They taste almost the same, I prefer the liquid though. Delivery always on time. Packaging is perfect and milk been always delivered almost frozen. As a graphic designer and web designer I would say their designs are very elegant. I love their msgs and cute images and gif they send. They are always fun and make me laugh. Excellent business!
