Unhappy costumer
GBExperience has been the worst I’ve ever… Experience has been the worst I’ve ever seen. Was supposed to get my subscription order almost 4 weeks ago and still no sign of it. Been reaching out to the customer service through text and emails, there has been absolutely NO response from anyone. Absolutely terrible service. Will be canceling subscription services for its undependability and nonexistent costumer service.

GBPayment were taken 3-4 weeks earlier… Payment were taken 3-4 weeks earlier and I had to email you twice requesting some shipment information and updates. I thought the shipment was lost, misplaced or was overlooked. Finally, Desert Farms got back to me and informed me about their circumstance and the shipment details. All was good at the end. GBcustomer Service Satisfaction Michelle is such a wonderful personel at Desert Farms!!! From day one, I was given very valuable informations about Camel milk and other Desert Farm products. She has been a very good advocate fir me with the shipping drpartment for my shipment delay and has given me the reassurances of my upcoming shipment. She is prompt to respond and has been very patient with me… I am an elderly senior and English is not my first language, but Michelle makes that I understand. I am very impressed with her great customer service!

GBTheir milk arrived extremely sour and… Their milk arrived extremely sour and unbearable. Out of desperation for the benefits I tried it and it gave me a stomach ache. THEY ARE A SCAM. EITHER THEY ARE NOT SENDING CAMEL MILK OR THEY SENT ME OLD EXPIRED MILK. I will be contacting the FDA.

GBTruly awful customer service Truly awful customer service! I ordered over £250's worth of camel milk over a month ago which I haven't received but also have had no communication on, they don't answer the phone numbers given, they don't answer emails & they have this far totally ignored my request for a refund. Awful company - go elsewhere.
