GBTruly awful customer service Truly awful customer service! I ordered over £250's worth of camel milk over a month ago which I haven't received but also have had no communication on, they don't answer the phone numbers given, they don't answer emails & they have this far totally ignored my request for a refund. Awful company - go elsewhere.

UScustomer Service Satisfaction Michelle is such a wonderful personel at Desert Farms!!! From day one, I was given very valuable informations about Camel milk and other Desert Farm products. She has been a very good advocate fir me with the shipping drpartment for my shipment delay and has given me the reassurances of my upcoming shipment. She is prompt to respond and has been very patient with me… I am an elderly senior and English is not my first language, but Michelle makes that I understand. I am very impressed with her great customer service!

GBAwful service Good product, absolutely awful service. I was their subscription customer and every time they delayed my order due to one reason or another. On top of that they have extremely poor customer service. If you or your family rely on camel milk (like me) then look elsewhere as these guys don't care.

USEast Ordering Good Delivery & Great Milk ! Ordering online was easy. I got necessary help from Desert Farms online staff to update my information. My order of frozen camel’s milk arrived on time, well packaged and still frozen. It tasted good as usual and I’m making camel milk kefir too!

CAVery Satisfied. My wife and I really enjoy the frozen Camel Milk. Since we live near Toronto Canada we order the milk frozen. We receive notice when the shipment leaves Desert Farms and also before it gets to my house. The milk itself is amazing we drink it plain or in cereal and my wife uses it in her coffee in stead off dairy cream. Finally let’s not forget about the health benefits, look them up. Thank you Desert Farms I’ve been 100% satisfied with every shipment we received.
