Very Satisfied. My wife and I really enjoy the frozen Camel Milk. Since we live near Toronto Canada we order the milk frozen. We receive notice when the shipment leaves Desert Farms and also before it gets to my house. The milk itself is amazing we drink it plain or in cereal and my wife uses it in her coffee in stead off dairy cream. Finally let’s not forget about the health benefits, look them up. Thank you Desert Farms I’ve been 100% satisfied with every shipment we received.

Although the milk was with greatest… Although the milk was with greatest test and health beneficial ..for me the processing time and shipping was very disappointed .. you guys have to improve your shipping and handling .

Payment were taken 3-4 weeks earlier… Payment were taken 3-4 weeks earlier and I had to email you twice requesting some shipment information and updates. I thought the shipment was lost, misplaced or was overlooked. Finally, Desert Farms got back to me and informed me about their circumstance and the shipment details. All was good at the end. Smell and taste good Smell and taste good. We tried both powder milk and liquid milk. They taste almost the same, I prefer the liquid though. Delivery always on time. Packaging is perfect and milk been always delivered almost frozen. As a graphic designer and web designer I would say their designs are very elegant. I love their msgs and cute images and gif they send. They are always fun and make me laugh. Excellent business!

Awful service Good product, absolutely awful service. I was their subscription customer and every time they delayed my order due to one reason or another. On top of that they have extremely poor customer service. If you or your family rely on camel milk (like me) then look elsewhere as these guys don't care.
