USWater sensor failures, poor design 3rd lid. Water sensor is a POS and is not replaceable, requires replacement of entire lid. Usually fails after 13 months once warranty expires. Edit 1/2. They called me today and offered to make it right with either a refurbished lid or a discount on the Gardyn 3.0. The customer service was excellent albeit it a bit reactionary to the review, nevertheless I am satisfied. My advice is not to buy the Gardyn 1.0, several items have been upgraded since that time that will likely fail on you. Go for the new one.

USHad a snafoo with a crimped hose inside⦠Had a snafoo with a crimped hose inside keeping the unit from functioning properly for the first month. I am loving this system. I get so much joy watching this garden grow in my house. The plants are delicious. I have had a couple y-cubes that did not germinate. Otherwise this has been a wonderful experience. Looking forward to many harvests in the future.

USOMG! OMG!! I love this hydroponic system at my finger tips. I did my homework and this was the one to buy, in AZ I can grow 6 Cannabis plants and had to get this one for my single bedroom and 1 loft which looks great in the ambiance. Anyways im growing peppers, cherry tomato's, cantelope, and hope others sprout. Well done and looks professional in a home

USLoving my Gardyn Loving my Gardyn so far! I've had mine set up for about a month and a half now, and I've already harvested multiple salads, and a handful of herbs and greens that I used in meals. Before I purchased mine, I saw some reviews where folks complained about the "difficult setup" to assemble the unit, but that wasn't my experience at all. Pretty much as simple as any straightforward Ikea item assembly, with clear set-by-step instructions. Maintenance has been easy and low so far, highly HIGHLY recommend this item if you are looking for a simple way to live a little more sustainably!

USGrows way more than I was expecting I took a few weeks to decide if I wanted to get a Gardyn but I'm so glad I did. It grows way more than I was expecting and has essentially replaced my bill for herbs and all types of lettuce. I had a few challenges getting a few of the plants to initially germinate but I ended up getting a heat map and since have no issue and Gardyn refunded all the plants that didn't grow. Great company and device. I'm looking forward to trying lots of plants I haven't even heard of that customers seem to rave about on the Facebook group.
