GBUnique and Fun BUT I love the plants and the overall hydroponic system is truly amazing. I receive no guidance whatsoever from the trial membership and would not pay $34.95 a month for a continued subscription because there’s not one thing that Kelby offered that I couldn’t read or obtain online. The time lapse never worked and the instructions on where to place the plant cups is not clear. I by trial and error have the most amazing plants.

GBLove my gardyn Love my gardyn. Got it fast. Easy to assemble using step by step directions. Its addicting. I already want another unit. The gardyn community on social media is stacked! Help with anything from experienced gardyn owners at any time! Zero regrets!

GBGrows way more than I was expecting I took a few weeks to decide if I wanted to get a Gardyn but I'm so glad I did. It grows way more than I was expecting and has essentially replaced my bill for herbs and all types of lettuce. I had a few challenges getting a few of the plants to initially germinate but I ended up getting a heat map and since have no issue and Gardyn refunded all the plants that didn't grow. Great company and device. I'm looking forward to trying lots of plants I haven't even heard of that customers seem to rave about on the Facebook group.

GBDisabled Product; Abysmal Support Garydn is selling "subtractively licensed" (read: "partially disabled") products. You pay $700 for an indoor hydroponic garden, and find out after you purchase it that you've got to pay them every month indefinitely in order to have any indication of low water levels. It's just lights and a water pump with a couple of timers, people. There's literally no reason for this to be online. It would've been simple enough to just put a float indicator on this unit, because I walk past it multiple times a day in my house, but they're not interested in a functional product. They're only interested in turning a profit off of this poor excuse for a turnkey hydroponic solution. Add to that: mine simply stopped working one day, and although they initially sent me an email that a replacement lid would be shipped within 10 days, I found out later that below that notification in the same email, they were requesting me to respond to confirm I understood they planned to ship me a used replacement lid. Skip forward to where I went back to find out why I hadn't gotten a shipment notification like they said I would, and I finally noticed they were waiting for me to respond... so I responded and asked them to please ship the lid as they indicated. And now they're asking me to do the troubleshooting steps over again, as if anything would've magically been fixed by sitting there for 10+ days. I think it is probably simpler, more effective (and *far* cheaper) to just build my own automatic indoor garden with a shelving unit, an aquarium pump, and a bucket of water. The plants are dead, folks(oh, by the way, there's a way to manually water the plants, but it's too late for that now).

GBOverall Overall, I am very pleased with my Gardyn. Seeds were very slow to germinate, company should include suggestions found on facebook that include 'tenting' the whole unit. My packages arrived ripped with holes in the boxes, good luck for me nothing was damaged. Others have post about receiving damaged boxes. Suggest company consider changing shipping carrier. Monthly membership fees too expensive. After about 10 weeks, everything is growing great.
