GBOverall Overall, I am very pleased with my Gardyn. Seeds were very slow to germinate, company should include suggestions found on facebook that include 'tenting' the whole unit. My packages arrived ripped with holes in the boxes, good luck for me nothing was damaged. Others have post about receiving damaged boxes. Suggest company consider changing shipping carrier. Monthly membership fees too expensive. After about 10 weeks, everything is growing great.

CAGardyn 2.0...it's broken, again... I'm a Gardyn 2.0 owner and I've had 3 pumps fail in my 2 years of ownership--on my second lid replacement and I can confirm this practice of offering customers discounts on new lids post expiration of warranty. I'm going to try installing a small pump and place it on a Meross smart plug/GFI. Maybe it saves my investment / crops while we look for some better executed solutions Update: The alternate approach worked...don't buy the 2.0 version if you can avoid it!

GBGreat concept horrible business… Great concept horrible business practices! My unit needed to be replaced because the pump didn’t work. The camera didn’t work. The light didn’t work and the plants were not growing because they were not getting water. Now they want to charge me for the return on the other unit which I cannot get in the box, then I read that they use refurbished parts and those to replace their broken parts on their original unit. I guess that’s why they’re so insistent that I try to return this old one that I can’t even fit in the box and they’ve threatened to charge me for both lots of luck with that.

GBWe totally LOVE our Gardyn - Everything about it! We totally LOVE our Gardyn! The Gardyn iteself arrived quickly and packaged well. The instructions for set-up were helpful and easy to understand. The Customer Service team is very helpful and quite responsive. The Facebook Gardyners group is filled with enthusiastic and helpful people that are at all stages of Gardyning. Kelby's tips and reminders keep us on track. And the membership is great for trying new plant varieties and ordering favorites so you always have what you like in your harvest. We now have two Gardyn units and frequently recommend Gardyn to others.

GBGrows way more than I was expecting I took a few weeks to decide if I wanted to get a Gardyn but I'm so glad I did. It grows way more than I was expecting and has essentially replaced my bill for herbs and all types of lettuce. I had a few challenges getting a few of the plants to initially germinate but I ended up getting a heat map and since have no issue and Gardyn refunded all the plants that didn't grow. Great company and device. I'm looking forward to trying lots of plants I haven't even heard of that customers seem to rave about on the Facebook group.
