GBPackaging is terrible. Arrived damaged. Packaging is terrible for this delicate B&W Matrix S2 diaphragm. It should have been packed in its own stiff protective internal box before putting in the shipping box. The parcel by FedEx arrived damaged and the aluminum diaphragm has a lot of BAD wrinkles along the circumference. I may have to return it again. I have received a total of 5 diaphragms all received damaged due to POOR PACKAGING. Hopeless. No matter where you ordered all shipped from the same address. Very frustrating. I am wondering if B&W knew the problem.

GBBrand new brew drive motor Brand new brew drive motor working as it should. The old motor would strain. This new motor sounds less noisy as well. Maybe I got accustomed to the old motor making more noise as it aged. A+ experience.
