Outstanding experience My experience with Parts Town has been outstanding. Price, speed, and tech support have exceeded my expectations. I am not a professional, just a “do it yourself-er”; trying to take on a Sony motherboard replacement. I was not confident this was within my ability. When I ran into trouble, William was able to quickly provide me with the service bulletins needed to complete a firmware update. This resolved all my issues. I would not have been able to complete this repair without their help.
