GBRepeatedly unable to meet delivery date. Ordered a knife for processing meat on Amazon prime. It was delayed, then late. Made us wait for refund and now 9 days later knife arrives. I have to decide if I'm keeping the knife and paying or printing a label and returning it. Tuff call as I hate to reward dishonesty.

GBGreat first experience I needed a bar faucet and found Culinary Depot web price surfing. Not only did they end up being very local, but had quality selections, and were the best price by far. When I contacted them via phone, I spoke with Beth, who was extremely knowledgeable about her products, but was also very helpful in placing my order. Delivery was also immediate. I will use them again!!

GBVery poor customer service Ordered a $2200 "in-stock" item (I was assured over the phone it was) on April 6th for 2 weeks, I never got an update on the shipping status and the order showed as "pending" on their site. To make things worse, I couldn't get a hold of anyone on the phone to get an update because the WHOLE company was on vacation for a religious holiday. Of course no one mentioned this possible delay when I placed the order and explained my urgent need for the item. After delivery, all they could offer to "make it up to me", was a credit for $50 off on my NEXT purchase of $1000 or more. Thanks a bunch!

GBNever received package and it was delivered to WY and not WV Order placed jan 24, 2017, now March 8 and while tracking the package, it was delivered to WY and not morgantown WV. Attempted numerous times to contact and no response !!!

GBNever Again These people are very poor communicators. They use misleading photos of products. The right hand doesn't communicate with the left. They're extremely unprofessional and disorganized. They don't return phone calls, and they don't process credits for returned merchandise. I ordered shelving online. It arrived 10-12 weeks later, really? They tried to charge me 4x the advertised price saying they had made a mistake. I returned the item for a full refund. Again, no communication. No credit. I finally received a full refund when American Express got involved and issued a credit. Last I checked, the item is still advertised for sale at the wrong price on their website.
