When I contacted them via phone, I spoke with Beth, who was extremely knowledgeable about her products, but was also very helpful in placing my order. Delivery was also immediate. I will use them again!!

GBVery poor customer service Ordered a $2200 "in-stock" item (I was assured over the phone it was) on April 6th for 2 weeks, I never got an update on the shipping status and the order showed as "pending" on their site. To make things worse, I couldn't get a hold of anyone on the phone to get an update because the WHOLE company was on vacation for a religious holiday. Of course no one mentioned this possible delay when I placed the order and explained my urgent need for the item. After delivery, all they could offer to "make it up to me", was a credit for $50 off on my NEXT purchase of $1000 or more. Thanks a bunch!

CABad customer service. Terrible customer service. Call centre located in Philippine. Do not have good knowledge for support. Waiting my time for 5 times. Every time is almost 1 hr. Stay away from this company.
