I ordered 3 items on Tuesday I ordered 3 items on Tuesday, all shown in-stock, Friday order still shows processing. I call to find out what's the delay and am told 1 item has to ship to their warehouse from factory, going to be delayed shipping. Order info is not presented well on website. Customer service was pleasant, and responded quickly.

POOR communications. Rather that would be NO communications. Placed order on 10/03/18. After two weeks with no real help, I ordered from another supplier (less expensive) and wanted to cancel. No response. On 11/02/18, I am notified the order had shipped. Since we do use these and I was sure they weren't 'in stock', I offered to accept the items. When I did receive them, they were wrong. Attempts to contact for return have gone unanswered. You may be good, but you sure weren't with us and our order. Won't be back, ever.

Rating Rating: Very poor service. The company wasn't even open for over a week around Easter. Then they took 5 or 6 days for delivery. There product was shipped from California. Some of the worst service I have experienced. I work in purchasing and shipping and receiving. I do this everyday the only reason they received 2 star over 1 star is there price was fare and they did deliver the right product.

Very poor customer service Ordered a $2200 "in-stock" item (I was assured over the phone it was) on April 6th for 2 weeks, I never got an update on the shipping status and the order showed as "pending" on their site. To make things worse, I couldn't get a hold of anyone on the phone to get an update because the WHOLE company was on vacation for a religious holiday. Of course no one mentioned this possible delay when I placed the order and explained my urgent need for the item. After delivery, all they could offer to "make it up to me", was a credit for $50 off on my NEXT purchase of $1000 or more. Thanks a bunch!

took forever The actual size of the fridge we ordered was different than the cut sheet by 1/4" which makes a big difference when you are trying to fit it exact under a counter. It also took longer than 6 weeks to get our order.
