GBRating Rating: Very poor service. The company wasn't even open for over a week around Easter. Then they took 5 or 6 days for delivery. There product was shipped from California. Some of the worst service I have experienced. I work in purchasing and shipping and receiving. I do this everyday the only reason they received 2 star over 1 star is there price was fare and they did deliver the right product.

GBNever received package and it was delivered to WY and not WV Order placed jan 24, 2017, now March 8 and while tracking the package, it was delivered to WY and not morgantown WV. Attempted numerous times to contact and no response !!!

GBBad experience... While I appreciate that, why was the product even on your website? The person I actually spoke to at your company told me that your company didn't even sell that brand so again, why was it on your website? Also, I received an email from your company on Monday, 4/8, stating that my order had been processed and the email had delivery instructions with it. On Wednesday 4/10, I received an email that it was refunded all after waiting a week for the item. ------------------------------ left me hanging with an online order for well over a week despite several inquiries, both in writing and with a live person. Never heard a word only to get notice (today) of a refund. Not good business practices. My recommendation is that you try to buy your products elsewhere and avoid this company.

GBMy experience with Culinary Depot. Culinary Depart delivered a quality product at a very good price. Was a little skeptical about shipping a commercial freezer a long distance via several different truck lines, but it was well packed and it arrived without a scratch. Highly recommend Culinary Depot.

GBVery poor customer service Ordered a $2200 "in-stock" item (I was assured over the phone it was) on April 6th for 2 weeks, I never got an update on the shipping status and the order showed as "pending" on their site. To make things worse, I couldn't get a hold of anyone on the phone to get an update because the WHOLE company was on vacation for a religious holiday. Of course no one mentioned this possible delay when I placed the order and explained my urgent need for the item. After delivery, all they could offer to "make it up to me", was a credit for $50 off on my NEXT purchase of $1000 or more. Thanks a bunch!
