GBBad experience... While I appreciate that, why was the product even on your website? The person I actually spoke to at your company told me that your company didn't even sell that brand so again, why was it on your website? Also, I received an email from your company on Monday, 4/8, stating that my order had been processed and the email had delivery instructions with it. On Wednesday 4/10, I received an email that it was refunded all after waiting a week for the item. ------------------------------ left me hanging with an online order for well over a week despite several inquiries, both in writing and with a live person. Never heard a word only to get notice (today) of a refund. Not good business practices. My recommendation is that you try to buy your products elsewhere and avoid this company.

GBBeware of Cheaply Made Crap Opening a non-profit coffee shop to benefit disabled veterans and the commercial sink we received was cheaply made and of no use. Not sure why it is even being offered as no serious commercial restaurant would carry such a thing. (We chose that particular sink because it would be easier for the employees who are physically handicapped.) Have to now throw this sink (Glastender BSA-18-RF) away and get a good standard sink from someplace else. Beware ordering from Culinary Depot.

GBGreat first experience I needed a bar faucet and found Culinary Depot web price surfing. Not only did they end up being very local, but had quality selections, and were the best price by far. When I contacted them via phone, I spoke with Beth, who was extremely knowledgeable about her products, but was also very helpful in placing my order. Delivery was also immediate. I will use them again!!

GBPOOR communications. Rather that would be NO communications. Placed order on 10/03/18. After two weeks with no real help, I ordered from another supplier (less expensive) and wanted to cancel. No response. On 11/02/18, I am notified the order had shipped. Since we do use these and I was sure they weren't 'in stock', I offered to accept the items. When I did receive them, they were wrong. Attempts to contact for return have gone unanswered. You may be good, but you sure weren't with us and our order. Won't be back, ever.
