GBCustomer Service is NonExistent Have a few pieces of equipment that have never worked properly. Currently in dispute with amex for nine minths. Company pretends to set up "service calls" but nothing gets resolved.

GBtook forever The actual size of the fridge we ordered was different than the cut sheet by 1/4" which makes a big difference when you are trying to fit it exact under a counter. It also took longer than 6 weeks to get our order.

GBNice product at an affordable price Working with Culinary Depot was great. Ordering and delivery went very smooth. My only concern is that if we don't scrub the sink daily, we end up with little bits of rust forming on the bottom of the basin. However having said that, it was an extremely affordable stainless sink and we really like it!

GBI ordered 3 items on Tuesday I ordered 3 items on Tuesday, all shown in-stock, Friday order still shows processing. I call to find out what's the delay and am told 1 item has to ship to their warehouse from factory, going to be delayed shipping. Order info is not presented well on website. Customer service was pleasant, and responded quickly.

GBBad experience... While I appreciate that, why was the product even on your website? The person I actually spoke to at your company told me that your company didn't even sell that brand so again, why was it on your website? Also, I received an email from your company on Monday, 4/8, stating that my order had been processed and the email had delivery instructions with it. On Wednesday 4/10, I received an email that it was refunded all after waiting a week for the item. ------------------------------ left me hanging with an online order for well over a week despite several inquiries, both in writing and with a live person. Never heard a word only to get notice (today) of a refund. Not good business practices. My recommendation is that you try to buy your products elsewhere and avoid this company.
