We had a mixup due to the credit card company we were using to pay because of fraud detection. I'd order an unneeded order and Flask Fine Wines was quick to cancel the order and reverse the charges. They also had our order packaged for shipping the early the next morning. They make doing business with them easy. Thanks!

Amazing selection of wines and spirits Flask has an amazing selection of wines and spirits. The staff is super knowledgeable and super friendly. One time I went in and described a dinner I was having and asked for an alcohol and wine suggestion. They brought out options and when dinner came, they were both absolutely perfect! I almost exclusively go here now and always get the best stuff.

Peter is Awesome Sauce! There was an issue with UPS delivering on the scheduled date. I sent an email to Flask and Peter responded and immediately took on the issue and kept me up to date until the actual delivery. Peter was absolutely awesome. I wish I could clone his customer service to my employees. He took complete ownership even though it was not Flask's error and stayed in constant communication until all was complete.
