GBWish they allowed in store shopping! Flask is always very accommodating and always happy to order anything they don't have in stock. However, it is very disappointing not to be able to go in to the store and browse their inventory???

GBCan't use gift cards in the store Can't use gift cards in the store. Ordered online but three items were out of stock even though the website said they were in stock. Had to re-order 3 times since another order was mistakenly canceled by your staff. Overall process cumbersome and took a lot longer than expected from a routine online order.

GBPeter is Awesome Sauce! There was an issue with UPS delivering on the scheduled date. I sent an email to Flask and Peter responded and immediately took on the issue and kept me up to date until the actual delivery. Peter was absolutely awesome. I wish I could clone his customer service to my employees. He took complete ownership even though it was not Flask's error and stayed in constant communication until all was complete. Thank you so much Peter!

KRThanks to CS Manager Kimberly It was my second purchase but I could not pass the fraud screening system because of my credit card was not issued inside U.S.. So I paid cash to buy some whisky. GBProfessional, Friendly, & Accommodating They were extremely helpful with making sure everything in our order was correct. We had a mixup due to the credit card company we were using to pay because of fraud detection. I'd order an unneeded order and Flask Fine Wines was quick to cancel the order and reverse the charges. They also had our order packaged for shipping the early the next morning. They make doing business with them easy. Thanks!
