Peter is Awesome Sauce! There was an issue with UPS delivering on the scheduled date. I sent an email to Flask and Peter responded and immediately took on the issue and kept me up to date until the actual delivery. Peter was absolutely awesome. I wish I could clone his customer service to my employees. He took complete ownership even though it was not Flask's error and stayed in constant communication until all was complete. Reliable Online Liquor Purchase Very quick response! After waiting a month trying to purchase a bottle of sotol from a different online retailer, I found Flask Fine Wines and ordered the same bottle from them. Not only was the cost less expensive than my original order, but my item was in the mail the next day, arrived quickly, and was well packaged to prevent breakage. Excellent experience!!
