USCan't use gift cards in the store Can't use gift cards in the store. Ordered online but three items were out of stock even though the website said they were in stock. Had to re-order 3 times since another order was mistakenly canceled by your staff. Overall process cumbersome and took a lot longer than expected from a routine online order.

USA rare gin delivered to the middle of… A rare gin delivered to the middle of nowhere. My friend owns a ranch in the middle of nowhere and its a 20 minute ride to the closest convienience store and 3 hours to a town big enough to have a liquor store, which sadly doesn't have the selections he prefers. Thanks to Flask, I had a rare bottle of gin from his favorite place on earth delivered right to his door.

USExcellent communication and effort to… Excellent communication and effort to fullfill the order!!! When they had 10 of the 12 bottles that were ordered of an allocated bourbon they called and presented an agreeable solution if the order could not be completely fullfilled by the end of the day, they searched and were able to completely fulfill the order and ship. This a rarity in customer service these days, not to mention all the scetch bourbon sites across the web. Order with confidence from Flask Fine Wines, they will go above and beyond for you!!!

USPeter is Awesome Sauce! There was an issue with UPS delivering on the scheduled date. I sent an email to Flask and Peter responded and immediately took on the issue and kept me up to date until the actual delivery. Peter was absolutely awesome. I wish I could clone his customer service to my employees. He took complete ownership even though it was not Flask's error and stayed in constant communication until all was complete. Thank you so much Peter!

USOnline order. Online order. The good: Excellent selection, decent prices, well packaged bottles for transport, efficient costumer service once things were going wrong. The bad: Order was not being processed. Then I got shipping notification without tracking information. Never an update. Had to reach out to find out that shipment had not been placed. Eventually shipment was done with a different courier, UPS, and again I did only receive tracking info after reaching out. UPS was bad with their service and communication, but that is not really on flasks.
