After waiting a month trying to purchase a bottle of sotol from a different online retailer, I found Flask Fine Wines and ordered the same bottle from them. Not only was the cost less expensive than my original order, but my item was in the mail the next day, arrived quickly, and was well packaged to prevent breakage. Excellent experience!!

Professional, Friendly, & Accommodating They were extremely helpful with making sure everything in our order was correct. We had a mixup due to the credit card company we were using to pay because of fraud detection. I'd order an unneeded order and Flask Fine Wines was quick to cancel the order and reverse the charges. My only problem is that after the transaction was complete, I received an email about Square D (I think) storing my credit card information. I’m not too happy about that.
