I left my meeting and drove a considerable distance back to my house, only to find that the box had been left on my porch without the "mandatory" signature. This was very annoying and inconvenient.

I ordered a case of the VDR, very delicious red wine, one of the bottles was cracked. I called spoke to representative and was told don’t worry about it, will send you a bottle and they did. To make what could’ve been a unpleasant experience a great one earns my loyalty.
