GBBeware crooks they send you the wrong thing and then won't return your emails You sent me the wrong wine I asked for the 19 stags leap Cabernet Sauvignon 125th anniversary. Just as the wines description stated. I emailed to let you know there had been I emailed to let you know there had been mix up on your part and all I got was crickets. The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon that you sent obviously hadn't been stored correctly and didn't taste anything like it's supposed to. Very disappointed if I could let everybody know what happened I would.

GBI was looking for a particular sherry… I was looking for a particular sherry that is limited in sales in my area. I wanted to buy a case and share as gifts and build up my own bar. FINEWINEHOUSE was a godsend. I had searched over 15 wine websites and everytime I placed an order it said that it could not be delivered to my state. I will definetely be ordering all of my libations from here!

GBThe wine showed up in good shape The wine showed up in good shape, well packed. The shipper insisted that I had to be present upon delivery to sign for box. I got a notification of delivery with less than and hours notice. I left my meeting and drove a considerable distance back to my house, only to find that the box had been left on my porch without the "mandatory" signature. This was very annoying and inconvenient.

GBI was sent the wrong vintage of the… I was sent the wrong vintage of the wine I ordered. When I called, the woman was apologetic for the error and gladly arranged to have the case of wine picked up and returned for a full refund (since they were out of the vintage I ordered). I wish their website had not shown the vintage as in stock in the first place, but the customer service after the error was excellent.

GBI have ordered from FineWinehouse Winehouse on… I have ordered from FineWinehouse on several occasions, on one occasion I thought it was a bad experience. I ordered a case of the VDR, very delicious red wine, one of the bottles was cracked. I called spoke to representative and was told don’t worry about it, will send you a bottle and they did. To make what could’ve been a unpleasant experience a great one earns my loyalty.
