Good communication Ordered 12 bottles of a wine they said they had in stock. After ordering and being billed for it I was advised they did not have it. A little disappointing. However, on the bright side they were quick to notify me and quick to credit my cc.

I got a notification of delivery with less than and hours notice. I left my meeting and drove a considerable distance back to my house, only to find that the box had been left on my porch without the "mandatory" signature. This was very annoying and inconvenient.

GREAT wine -- TERRIBLE shipping! The wine was superb and I would highly recommend it to anyone. However, shipping was a MONUMENTAL DISASTER!! We were notified on a "signature required" delivery to be made on Sunday and stayed home. NO DELIVERY. Then the "Delivery Pending" notice came. The next scheduled delivery was on the following Tuesday. Ewe stayed home. NO DELIVERY that day. Finally, it was re\scheduled for Wednesday and not did arrive early evening. If you are missing work (and pay :-) to stay home to sign, you might want to think long and hard about the shipping they offer. Caveat emptor!!!!

I ordered a particular vintage I ordered a particular vintage, but they had only the year before. They called me to confirm it would be okay to send the alternative. Great service! Then I got the wine and, wow, really good!

Good Booze Shippers! Fast, efficient, and easy to use service. The packing of 3 high-end vodka bottles looked great except for some intrusion damage at 1 end of the box with deformation of the plastic packing material around 1 bottle (slight loosening and minimal leakage from that bottle - no need to return, all was intact). Hard to understand as the plastic material was a thick high-grade type that conformed well and should have completely protected the bottle (and it did from the standpoint of no breakage). Seems like a weird fluke impact to the box. I will definitely order again as I have many times in the past with no problems.
