I was sent the wrong vintage of the… I was sent the wrong vintage of the wine I ordered. When I called, the woman was apologetic for the error and gladly arranged to have the case of wine picked up and returned for a full refund (since they were out of the vintage I ordered). I wish their website had not shown the vintage as in stock in the first place, but the customer service after the error was excellent.
