GBWrong Bottles Sent; Runaround When Trying to Return First order was canceled because the price changed. Placed an order for the higher price & received the wrong bottles...a much LOWER value Scotch. Tried to return them using the FedEx return label, but FedEx said they couldn't accept it without labels indicating "Receiver must be over 21" & "Alcohol." Let Patrick know, & he claims to have arranged a FedEx pick-up for me. However, on the date & time it was allegedly scheduled, no one ever showed up. Contacted Frootbat...& crickets.

GBExcellent Customer Service! I placed an order for a specific bottle of Bourbon that shared a similar name with another bottle. Unfortunately, I received the wrong one and alerted Frootbat to the mixup. However, I decided to keep what they sent me and informed them of my decision. Soon after, I received a full refund for the purchase price anyway! This was above and beyond, and Frootbat has earned my return business as a result. Thank you, again!
