Awesome turnaround time The ordering process was easy. The product was delivered a day early. The company is great to locate rare and exotic liquors. Very pleased. The only challenge is being at home to sign for receipt of delivery since alcohol is being shipped. No fault of Froofbat.

Frootbat Values it's customers.... I was fairly disappointed when frootbat requested I leave feedback for a purchase they never shipped. The order was assigned a fedex tracking # but never picked up by the carrier. I contacted their customer service and received an immediate response from a real person. They apologized for the mistake and assured me the product would ship immediately. I received additional communications from frootbat and my order shipped quickly. It's nice to see a modern company that values customer service.

The bottle was received unscathed The bottle was received unscathed. The packaging, though reading “Fragile” appeared to be mishandled a bit, with a gash and subsequent box material pealed back slightly in one spot, but it’s impossible to say when/where that happened. The bottle is fully intact however and I’m quite pleased. With your selection, pricing, opportunities for free shipping (during and since placing my order), and customer service. 10/10 would recommend and will purchase again.
