It’s very rare to find company out there that is not automated robots talking to you. That makes sure that client is satisfied with their purchase and follows up to fix any and all concerns. EVERY company, from individual eBay sellers to Amazon uses and supplies tracking numbers! An email, and subsequent phone call to their customer service only resulted in "This package was shipped from outside of the United States, and we can't give and/or get you any tracking information". They also would not provide me the country of origin??!! Why so sketchy?? Use Cana Wine Company and Spirited Gifts instead.

Came protected in bubble wrap, with extra care on the Blanton’s cork, and the original box was included, also wrapped in plastic. Professional in every way, will order again.
