Underwhelmed There was no notice that my package was on it's way and showed up unexpectedly. After worrying about being around to sign for it - no signature was required. It was a gift and arrived without a gift box and my personalized message. Customer service was not super responsive or accommodating. Only offered to email something, which I still have not received a day later.

Everything Just Works Wine shows up in good shape, never had any breakage. Good selection, including many wines that you simply can't get at even the big wine places. Interface was easy to use, and the prices were fair. I gave my wife one of the club memberships that do curated selections (she's a big Rose fan), and she was delighted.
